"The hotel is well located, a spacious room. They were undergoing maintenance in the hallway that I stayed and the noise is a little slow for those who need to work on the computer during hosting. Excellent shower, spacious bathroom, bath towels and excellent quality bed linen . Breakfast is excellent and welcome. It is in the heart of Cambodia with trade and good restaurants in the surrounding area. I'll certainly come back !!"

"Breakfast starts at 6:30 am, but today the scrambled egg was ready after 6:50 am. This is the second time I have stayed at the hotel (the first was from 12/07/2023 to 12/08/2023), and both times the scrambled egg for breakfast took a long time to be served. I suggest that the kitchen staff start preparing breakfast with scrambled eggs. Anyone who likes scrambled eggs and can't wait because they have a commitment that doesn't allow for delays will go without, unfortunately."

"The bathroom sink is next to the bedroom door. But I liked it because it can be used as a counter since it is huge. And it is facing the bathroom door. The bathroom is quite small, but the shower and the cleanliness are very good (at least in the room I stayed in). There is nothing in the minibar, you have to buy everything downstairs, so at the time of checkout there is nothing to pay for consumption. It is much faster. The only downside I noticed is that there are no curtains on the window, so at night it gets quite bright, and I was on the top floor (14th). But I managed to sleep, the bed was also very good. I couldn't take pictures of breakfast, it was very crowded and I was embarrassed to ask the staff for permission to take pictures... 🫣🙈 But the breakfast is good, I thought. They even have items for those who are lactose intolerant like me (banana, lactose-free orange/lemon cake, boiled sweet potato, gluten-free and lactose-free banana cake). The service from the staff is good and the kitchen is quite large. There is even a chef in the hotel restaurant for dinner at night, which runs from 7pm to 10pm. The dishes range from R$28 (soup and omelet) to R$65 (meat with sides). I thought it was a good value for money, because the food is good and you don't have to go out at night. I think that's it. Overall, I really liked it. Mainly because of the cleanliness and service (at least in the room I stayed in)."

"O atendimento da recepção foi fundamental para nossa estadia. Fizemos um up grade do quarto e descobrimos o quarto família ou conjugado, que ainda não conhecíamos. Esse up grade foi ótimo! Serviço e instalações estavam excelentes, uma vez que a arrumação dos quartos foi primordial. O café da manhã estava excelente também. Uma sugestão do café: que a salada de frutas volte a ficar concentrada em um pote único e não em várias tigelas individuais, dessa forma, a pessoa que não goste de determinada fruta não irá pegá-la se estiver num pote único e não desperdiçará esse tipo de fruta. Indico esse hotel para amigos com toda certeza!!"

"Excelente localização, pessoal da recepção e manobristas atenciosos. Quarto arejado, limpo e bastante espaçoso para 4 pessoas. Não me atentei que não tinha frigobar, mas adquirimos as garrafinhas térmicas do hotel, e conseguimos manter a água gelada para o período que estávamos no quarto."
