Cheap Hotels in Nuremberg

"This is a premium hotel at an affordable price and we had a great stay at the Park Plaza Nuremberg. The rooms are modern, large, comfy and bright. The staff are friendly and welcoming. We had a quick check in and there is some infused water and fruit near the front desk you can enjoy during your stay. They also helped guide us to the parking across the street at the Hauptbahnhof parkade which has designated parking spaces if you keep to the right once you enter on the first level. All we needed to do was to trade our parking pass for one of hotels and it cost 17 euros a day with unlimited in/out privileges and we could stay as late if needed the next day. The rooms are nicely appointed with some modern decor, good lighting, a couple of comfy chairs, a desk, large TV, coffee/tea station, mini fridge and a bluetooth speaker. The bed was very comfy and we got a very good night's rest here. There was an Albrecht Durer book in our room as well as some Albrecht Durer inspired art in the hotel. They provided a complimentary mineral water in the room which we chilled and enjoyed after a big day of walking throughout Nuremburg. The bathroom is large with a nice big shower and good jasmine/bergamot bath products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. There is plenty of counter space, a towel warming rack and a thick door which made for a nice experience. The bathroom was pretty clean but there were some dust bunnies under the sink and one of the cups did not look clean. The shower offered great pressure with a rain shower head and a handheld. Hot water was very easy to get and plentiful. The location of this hotel is ideal if you plan on exploring the city by foot. It is within a 15 minute walk to most of Nuremburg's best attractions and is right across the street from the central station and where the Handwerkerhof Nuremberg (crafts market) and Frauentor. In addition to the central station and it's Ubahn offerings there is also a large bus terminal and plenty of trams right in front of the hotel too. There are plenty of good restaurants in the old town area nearby too and some fast service restaurants in the central station. There is an underpass to get into the central station which makes the hotel easy to get to."

"The hostel is good in terms of location, amenities and room rate. Even though it's a shared room, housekeeping has been done very well. Best deal of room in Europe. Other amenities like guest kitchen, self service laundry at 5 Euro per cycle and breakfast at 12.50 Euro. There is no city tax for this branch. But you have to pay for towel for about 1 Euro."

"The reason I chose this hostel is its affordable price (8 beds femare room - in one big room), located close to Nürnberg Hbf (only 1 stop using U-Bahn), and the bunk bed has a curtain (the most important thing, since it gives you privacy). The shared bathroom is clean and has two showers and two toilets. This hostel also (surprisingly) has a well equipped kitchen with microwave and refrigerator. You can cook by yourself and eat your food in its nice kitchen (there are some chairs and tables with sockets). I will definitely stay in this hostel again if I come to Nürnberg."

"The hotel is located right next to the tram stop. The S-Bahn (suburban train) is also not far away. The staff at check-in were very friendly. We were allowed to help ourselves to the minibar (apple spritzer, Pepsi, and crisps). Coffee and tea were also available free of charge at any time downstairs opposite reception. The breakfast selection was excellent. The room amenities on the 6th floor were also great. Absolutely nothing to complain about. I would definitely stay here again."
