"This hotel was absolutely amazing. Gorgeous bath, the staff (especially Sergio) were lovely and accommodating. When we arrived we had two single beds instead of a double, but they kindly remade it into a double for us immediately. The view out the window was also beautiful and the location was perfect, quiet but close to everything. Will be recommending to friends.  The only negative was the breakfast, quite expensive for what you get. For ordering you can basically only get eggs. Great if you love eggs but not so much if you don’t 😂 but still lovely."

"Great location - nice reception - very good beds - clean - good breakfast - a bit noisy - we had two Spanish men in the next room - they apparently attacked each other at night - I went over and knocked on the door - one of the men managed to escape from the room - I called reception and told them - I don't know what they did - then it was quiet - the hotel can't do anything about that - but it was unpleasant for us - before you drive to the hotel there is a large free car park - surrounded by a wall - the friendly lady at reception pointed this out to us and also gave us the name for the sat nav."

"The hotel is located in the center of Segovia, Plaza Mayor. You can see Plaza Mayor and the Cathedral outside the window, and the view is very good. The room is very clean and the mouthwash cup is disinfected. The hotel service is warm and thoughtful. It is very close to the Roman Aqueduct and the Alcazar Castle, about ten minutes' walk. Breakfast is rich in variety."

"I liked the hotel, it's a 10-minute walk to the center, there are paid underground parkings and free parking spaces nearby if you travel by car. It was cold outside at night, 1-2 degrees, but it was warm in the room thanks to radiators. There was even a heated floor in the bathroom. Basic breakfast)"

"Excellent hotel for tourists. Location - at the beginning of the walking route to the sights: with the Aqueduct - nearby. The Cathedral and the main square - 10 minutes along the shopping street, then 10 minutes to the Alcazar. Breakfasts are excellent for every taste: good jamon, lomo, cheeses, hot dishes, pastries, fruits, wonderful coffee. From the AVE train station, bus number 11, they say about 20 minutes. By taxi - about 12 euros, 10 minutes."

"The location is superb: five minutes walk to the castle, 7 minutes to the church, and 20 minutes to the Roman waterway. The service staff is warm and thoughtful, and the hotel's barrier-free facilities are very good, convenient for wheelchair guests. Drive directly into the booked hotel parking garage, parking fee 17 euros per night. Then there is a helicopter elevator to the front desk on the 2nd floor. Breakfast is on the first floor, it is quite rich in Europe, 9 euros per person. (These are the charges for May 2023). It is a boutique hotel and it is recommended."
