Get a room below. dispenser is provided in the lobby. It's really ok to make a stopover in Bandung. It's also close to the square and braga. Want to eat to Lengkong Culinary night is also close."

"The hotel is very nice and the staff are great, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good, especially the fritters. However, cleanliness needs to be improved. The water pressure is very slow in the morning. It would also be helpful if the hotel could provide Indonesian plug adapters for guests to borrow, and if possible, have an iron in every room. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay at this hotel."

"The hotel's location is strategically in the city center. The service was quite satisfactory. I'd suggest adding balconies to each floor to make it easier for guests to smoke without having to go to the lobby or outside the hotel, especially since there's no smoking allowed in the rooms. Also, the access card should be valid for the entire duration of the stay, not require a re-tap at the reception every 24 hours. Guests should be able to go straight to their room without going up and down floors unnecessarily. I recommend asking for a room on floors 11-16 to get a good city light view."
