Our spacious suite room was perfectly clean, featuring plush bedding, a separate shower and bathtub, high-speed Wi-Fi, and thoughtful touches like complimentary water and coffee and tea selections, perfect for unwinding. Service was impeccable throughout, highlighted by an outstanding breakfast buffet with fresh Filipino and international options, including customizable omelets and healthy juice stations. The staff’s attentiveness shone brightest with our group of persons with disabilities (PWDs); they proactively selected accessible seating in the pool dining area, with ample space, making everyone feel truly cared for. Located in the serene Nuvali estate, it offered easy access to nearby malls and greenery, providing the ideal calm retreat as we prepared for my son’s wedding. "The Wi-Fi was not working during our stay. I hope they can fix it soon so customers can fully enjoy their stay at the hotel. Despite that, we still enjoyed our stay and had a good experience overall."

"The beds are hard, had a backache and didn’t sleep well. The noise from the hallway is very loud when someone is walking and chatting, it enters the room and wake’s up the guests, suggest to choose a room farthest from the elevator if you are sensitive to noise. The breakfast is great but the hotel dining area is very small."

"Conveniently located near Enchanted Kingdom and Nuvali attractions. The room rate came with buffet breakfast. There were 2 full double-sized beds, a lounge chair, a closet with small safe, a spacious bathroom with bathtub, a hairdryer, a kitchenette with microwave, toaster, personal ref and sink, a coffee table with 2 chairs, some drop zone cabinetry and I think a 55” TCL tv. Bottles of drinking water, tea and coffee sachets were provided. Toothbrush sets, thin slippers and other toiletries were complimentary. For some people who are used to memory foam and a medium firm mattress, the bed might not offer a restful sleep. The pillows are not the ones that give support to the contour of the neck. Lastly, the water was harsh on the skin and i doubt there is some water softening setup. Nevertheless, we had a nice time and the staff were very helpful and approachable."

"Decent, new hotel close to many restaurants and a mall. Staff very friendly. Can get a bit noisy with current construction but for the price it was worth it."

"First of all , I requested for a quiet side and nice view  but we ended in a room that can often hear the people talking outside and a drainage or pipe view  , staff dragging the cart. Hotel facade or front side ís dark I am not sure if it has something to do with the ongoing construction. Room is outdated and needs more repairs and maintenance. Pillows are just oddly 3 pcs for a standard of 2 pax or guest in a room? Linens too old that needs replacement although it clean .The glass table was loose out how many times luckily never breaks . The toilet basin is clogging and water took time to drain. Shower glass door also loose out and a challenge to close as there’s a risk that it might fall and break if you are not careful in closing . Thêir all day dining restaurant has good food and taste only food was cold including the egg. It only improved after my husband fill up the survey the day before our departure."

"The renovated hotel rooms are well maintained. Staff and Services are the courteous and helpful. Lobby is well maintained. Washroom flush need maintenance as this remains a pain area during my last two stays. Keep hosting guests."
