"Booked due to power outage during the typhoon. It was a bit flooding outside so it was difficult to reach convenience stores. Water was seeping into the window and dripping into the floor. But you can ignore it. Overall , it was still a nice stay if you don't have that much choice in the city."

"It was a NIGHTMARE!... it is totally isolated, there is no shops to even get a coke!. The food available was only from a snacks list (very regular). There were NO guests, only me and my kids!! The installations looked tired and abandoned, all the inflatables discoloured. The zip lines were rusty and looked unsafe. The hotel doesn't help you get there, you need to arrange your own transport from the airport to the resort that is 3 hours away... and with traffic times can take longer. travelling through crowded, poor towns. The lagoon you can't no swim. It was a scary experience. I made arrangements to leave on my third day and go back to Manila. I do not recommend. I feel sorry for the people that live there, I waited to give my feedback for them, as they are very nice people. They couldn't speak English, so they couldn't help us to feel safe."

"The room in the picture that I booked was not the one they gave us. The small TV wasn't working, a glass missing on the window, making it not cold from the old AC. The front desk lady was kind enough to offer a room upgrade but I had to give all my cash because they wouldn't take a card for the difference in room rate. Don't be fooled by parking, no place to eat breakfast, just like what they advertise. The roads to get there are next to impossible to pass through. Both staff were nice (we saw only 2 people working) for accommodating us and our request. I just didn't get the chance to tip them because I gave them all my cash for the room upgrade. The room they moved us to was okay, but the toilet floor was wet from a leaking pipe (or toilet?). There's still a lot of room for improvement in this place, they can keep their staff. Gles was very nice and apologetic, she did everything she could to accommodate our request. It wasn't their fault why Dreamwave is getting a bad review. It's the place, not the staff."

"My family’s two-night stay here was good. We booked their presidential suite. It’s spacious and has basic amenities. The whole place was generally clean. While it has two bathrooms, the common bathroom is too small and there’s not much space to move. The staff were very nice and accommodating. They promptly responded to inquiries and requests. Overall, the hotel is good but facilities (e.g., elevator) and other amenities (e.g., room fixtures; toiletries and other in-room essentials) may still be improved. Its location is strategic as it’s very accessible and is just walking distance from other places like mall, restaurants, university, etc."
