"Great little getaway. Just got and married and my wife and I went for our honeymoon. They rooms were great for a couple or even just two close friends. Clean and neat. Appreciated the soap, shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste. Not too far from walking street. You’ll either need your own transportation or will have call a GRAB though to go anywhere"

"This is a pleasant place to stay overall, but considering the price it charges, they really need to upgrade their service and amenities. The property itself is nice in terms of location and vibe, but it's not very well-maintained that you wouldn't expect at this price point. It also lacks basic 4-star amenities; for instance, there's no regular restaurant service where you can just walk in and order a meal for lunch or dinner, the food is tasty, no doubt, but you have to plan your meals in advance rather than enjoying the convenience of an on-demand dining experience. Round-the-clock service is simply not available since the staff clocks off by around 9:30 or 10:00 PM, making it function more like an Airbnb than a proper hotel. Another major issue is the telecom network—there is literally no phone reception in the area, and you might end up picking up a Laos network instead, which is quite frustrating; thankfully, the property has good WiFi, so you can easily stay connected to the world through that. That said, the staff themselves are wonderful, very polite, pleasant, and genuinely helpful with most things, which does make the stay more comfortable. That really covered for everything during my stay. However, there's also no proper power backup in case of outages, which is concerning for a property at this rate. So yes, it's a decent place if you go in with the right expectations and don't mind limited service hours and network issues."

"The accommodation was absolutely excellent, and the price was fantastic value for money. We got a large, private room. Its location between Chiang Khan and Phu Thok made it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. Plus, there's a Mookata restaurant right at the alley's entrance. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I loved it!"

"Chiang Khan is a small river town with the magic of the Mekong river bringing visitors from far and near. With that, prices are exorbitant. Supposedly our room was for 4 persons but we used only one king size bed. The bedsheets were badly stained and we used the lesser of the two dirty ones. Mini Fridge didn't work and we asked for a replacement but it didn't work either. Bathroom was dirty at the corners and we wore slippers while bathing. Aircon was noisy but cold enough. Aarrgg..not coming back here again even for free."
