"The reception was cold and unhelpful upon check-in, and no one offered to help with our luggage. The parking lot was in terrible condition, so we couldn't drag our luggage around; otherwise, the wheels would get damaged or the suitcases would gather dust. We had to carry our luggage to our room's building ourselves. Breakfast was very simple. We booked two identical rooms, but we received slightly different ones. One of them was not good; it had no window."

"The room was quite old-fashioned, all the facilities looked like they were from the last century, but as a hotel for a break along the D400 highway, I think it's highly recommended. The price wasn't expensive, and the hotel's location is very close to the town of Kalkan, where you can see the town lights at night, so I felt very safe. The hotel was very quiet. As we Chinese are in a time difference (early to bed, early to rise), I had dinner at 7 PM, and I was the only one at the table. Where were all the other people sunbathing in the afternoon? The hotel staff didn't speak much English, and the hotel elevator was quite interesting—it was one of those old-fashioned elevators. Even funnier, the staff said that no more than three people could share an elevator, so they split us into two. It was a fantastic experience. Drinking on the balcony overlooking the entire Mediterranean Sea was amazing, and it only cost 800 yuan a night. With such high value for money, there's no need to complain. I even got a tan, saving me the money I would have spent on a tanning treatment, which was great! 👍"

"It seems to be a new hotel; the decor and facilities are all very modern, and there's even an elevator. Parking is convenient downstairs. The room had a balcony and chairs, which were very comfortable. The location is excellent, very close to the town center, supermarkets, and the old theater. Kas is a beautiful and comfortable town, worth staying for a few more days."

"Had an overnight trip and chose this hotel for location which was perfect for visiting the centrum . Hotel was very welcoming and rooms was clean , bed was superbly comfortable and garden view was very quiet to allow for a great nights sleep . Only one minor problem was the electric did not always connect when putting in room card but was rectified immediately by reception . Breakfast was plentiful and presented well . Well done Isola 12  for a very pleasant overnight stay and will return again . David & Tina Batchelor ."

"Parking was a challenge, but they found a spot for us, albeit a bit far from the hotel. The hotel itself is located on a hill, a bit off the main streets, but that's actually a good thing. The room was quiet and peaceful, and there were no noisy cafes on the street. We managed to get a good night's sleep. Breakfast was good on the rooftop with a sea view. The hotel itself is very beautiful, modern, and well-maintained."

"Location: 💯 Service: 💯 Room: 💯 Cleanliness: 💯 Right in the heart of the small town, very accessible and easy to find. The cleanliness, hospitality and service is impeccable. Complimentary fruit platter was delivered to our room to our surprise. They also proactively asked for our check in timing and help us with our luggage from car drop off area which we highly appreciate. There were also breakfast in the morning with decent selection. Overall, our stay was enjoyable and definitely will stay this place if we ever visit again🌟"

"An excellent hotel, I highly recommend it. It's a shame I didn't have time to stay longer. It's a clean, bright, and most importantly cozy small hotel with a warm pool and a cozy courtyard. The rooms are clean and quite spacious. Although I don't speak Russian, the receptionist spoke English, so even without knowing the language, check-in was quick and easy. Everything was simple and straightforward. Breakfast was a special highlight: in a cozy gazebo in the courtyard, with mountains as a backdrop, you'll find omelets, vegetables, cheeses, olives, and fruit. I would return to this hotel!"

"My best friend and I went on a road trip, and since we knew absolutely nothing about the area, every hotel we stayed at felt like a blind box – we were so lucky, every place we went was a pleasant surprise! Our accommodation in Kaş was especially wonderful; the location was fantastic, the room was elegant and clean, and the lovely receptionist was incredibly helpful, patiently translating and explaining things to us. "This guesthouse is perched high above Kas, offering stunning views of the entire town. The owner was incredibly helpful, assisting me with my luggage up the slope. It's just a few minutes' walk to the town center and the harbor. The room was well-equipped, with laundry and cooking facilities available. Even on the ground floor, the room was spotless and completely bug-free. Kas is truly beautiful and worth staying for several days, making it perfect for a family vacation."

"Excellent, clean room. Everything is well thought out and made with quality solutions, for example, the Daikin air conditioning is easy to adjust, doesn't blow directly at your head, and doesn't disturb sleep. The plumbing is good, and the rooms are clean. For breakfast, after 5 days, we got a bit tired of scrambled eggs and omelets. The staff does add something new each breakfast, but the main protein is eggs. An excellent room for the money, thanks to the organizers."
