Hotels in Tianfu Square/Chengdu Museum, Chengdu

I booked this hotel to attend Li Ronghao's concert. It's located in the city center, very close to Chunxi Road. The room price, environment, and hotel breakfast were all excellent. The ladies at the front desk were incredibly friendly. They even offered complimentary 'goodnight milk' and a small gift upon check-out. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chengdu.

On my first day in Chengdu, I chose this hotel. The facilities are quite new, and there's no old, musty smell. The location is great, with a FamilyMart and some small restaurants nearby. You can easily get to Kuanzhai Alley with a shared bike. After exploring, just take the subway to Chunxi Road for dinner, then it's about a 15-minute walk back to the hotel.

Great location with exceptional service and assistance from the staff whenever needed. The property is situated in a quiet neighbourhood, away from busy roads, yet still conveniently close to nearby attractions. It was also only about a 10-minute walk to Chengdu Huangcheng Mosque, which was very convenient for me.

Honestly, I really wanted to leave a bad review! But I'm not someone who likes to give negative feedback! The bathtub was incredibly slippery, I almost fell and injured myself. Also, the mattress was clearly a cheap, unknown brand, with a huge dip in the middle, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. It felt like a purely Photoshopped room! And to top it off, no latex mattress or latex pillows, how perfunctory! Having to rely on staff to retrieve takeout food was quite inconvenient. The view outside the window was just so-so, and by midnight, there was no view at all, nothing like the rumored night view. If I hadn't arrived so late and been too lazy to change hotels, I definitely would have looked for another one. There was a noticeable indentation in the middle of the sofa and bed, which made lying down uncomfortable. I truly suggest the owner considers replacing the soft furnishings. The area for toiletries in the bathroom was also very slippery and felt incredibly cheap. The curtains didn't even block out the light! The service was passable, I guess, I just had to make do! In my opinion, this place is worth at most 300 [currency unit].

The apartment is located in the heart of Chengdu, and the location is incredibly convenient! Check-in was very fast, and the entire process was smooth. The host and staff were all very friendly and welcoming, always reachable for any questions, and responded quickly. There are many cafes, shops, and restaurants near the apartment, making daily life very convenient. The subway station is also easily accessible, just a quick walk away, which makes getting around worry-free. Our stay was excellent, we were very satisfied and highly recommend it!

Exclusive Butler Service: I have to commend the hostess for her quick responses and thoughtful care. We checked in at 2:30 AM, and she patiently communicated with me about my needs beforehand, such as requiring no disturbance from the cleaning staff and a pillow change. She quickly responded to our requests and arranged for the change. Hygiene: We aren't particularly demanding, but we didn't find any cockroaches or insects during our stay. The cleaning staff tidied up diligently every day. Facilities: The air conditioning was excellent and self-adjustable, and there was also hot water service. All other basic amenities expected in a hotel were available. This place is apartment-style, as shown in the picture, which we prefer. The soundproofing is similar to a residential building, and the location is excellent, making it convenient to get to Chunxi Road and Shuangliu Airport.

This hotel is perfect for families with kids. The two rooms are spacious enough, and the location is excellent, making it easy to get anywhere. The hotel's robot delivery service for takeout is also fantastic! Sometimes ordering takeout to the hotel is even cheaper than buying it myself from the store, and the robot delivers it right to your room door, which is great!

This hotel in Chengdu was a true discovery! The location is perfect — just a 5-minute leisurely walk to the nearest metro stations, making it super easy to get anywhere in the city. Special thanks for the window view — every evening we couldn't stop gazing at the cozy Chengdu streets and the sunset sky. Photos don't do it justice! The room had all the basic toiletries: shampoo, shower gel, soap, and toothbrush kits. But what truly impressed us was the daily spotless housekeeping. Every day we came back to a fresh room, neatly made bed, and an empty trash bin. After long walks around the city, that made all the difference. This hotel exceeded our expectations: convenient, clean, beautiful, and cozy. Highly recommend it!

Environment: The environment is great, the room is spacious, and the bathroom is also very large. Located next to Tianfu Square, which should be considered downtown, it's very convenient to go anywhere. It's close to Chunxi Road, Kuanzhai Alley, and People's Park, all within a 30-minute walk.

My First Time in Chengdu-Truly impressed by the outstanding service I had the pleasure of staying at Holiday Inn Express Chengdu Tianfu Square during my first solo trip to Chengdu from July 26 to August 1, 2026, and it was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the front desk staff. She checked me in quickly, professionally, and with genuine kindness. When I entered my room, I was delighted to find a thoughtful welcome gift waiting for me. It included: A Chengdu tourist map A panda-themed hand fan A reversible plush toy featuring both a red panda and a giant panda A handwritten welcome card from Ms. Jennifer A guest service information card These thoughtful gifts made me feel very special and showed how much the hotel cares about its guests. I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to the young gentleman working in the breakfast restaurant who was clearing the tables. I asked him if he could take some photos for me, and he happily agreed with a warm smile. He patiently took many photos from different angles, and they all turned out beautifully. I truly love those photos and will always remember his kindness. In addition, I would like to thank the housekeeping lady who took excellent care of my room throughout my stay. She cleaned the room perfectly every day. Even on the day I chose not to have housekeeping service, she still kindly collected my trash and replenished the items I needed, such as hand soap and tea. Her thoughtfulness and attention to detail meant a lot to me. Another thing that impressed me was that the hotel was completely free of cigarette smoke. The clean and fresh atmosphere made my stay even more comfortable and relaxing. You made my first solo trip to Chengdu a truly unforgettable experience. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit and will gladly recommend your hotel to my friends and family.
