"I stayed at Hotel Le tiburon by myself for two nights in early April. I was a little nervous travelling solo plus I don't speak french and I decided not to rent a car. With that said I was taken in as if I were family. The staff was so kind and literally offered to drive and pick me up anywhere if I couldn't locate a taxi. The rooms were immaculate and tastefully designed. The shower was the best part at the end of a long day. The water was hot and the pressure was great! And the bed was so comfortable too. My two nights staying there were the best nights sleep I have had in a LONG time. It helped that it was super quiet. An added bonus was the lovely breakfast that I helped myself to in the morning. Everything was incredibly fresh and delicious. The homemade yogurt was sublime. I would most definitely stay again! Such a charming place."

"The hotel was located next to the harbour, the room was very clean and had fridge, tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast was a continental buffet with a variety of cheese, meats, bread, fruit, and cereals. A short walk from the hotel is a large selection of shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants. This hotel offers excellent value for money along with an excellent location to explore Cherbourg."

"WHAT A PLACE!!!! We specifically traveled up to Cherbourg to stay here and it EXCEEDED our expectations! We had a huge room (actually rooms) in this beautiful huge home. Not sure it even should be called a home, but it was beautiful and massive. Everything was SO stylish and every detail thought through. Clean, renovated and comfortable. Very quiet. The breakfast was truly amazing and we were well cared for. The owners were SO warm, welcoming and caring from the moment we drove up to when we left. I can't recommend this place enough .... it was great."
