I've stayed in many 5*hotels around the world, but Tsingtai is a different class altogether. This place is simply amazing and caters to those looking for something better than the usual 5*international hotel chains.
But only if you value class, peace, cleanliness, and thoughtfulness above 5* chains' reputations.
I want to keep this best kept secret away from the mass travellers who will spoil the beauty of this place.

Love the simplicity and zen design of the space. The room allows me to slow down and relax, very comfortable bedding. The scent of the bathroom amenities was good. The staff is very genuine and friendly, and immediately reachable through WeChat 24/7.
Only down side was it is in a very tall office building hosting numerous other hotels, heading up to the our floor is a bit of hassle, and there was a bit of smell from toilet but these are offset by the nice experience overall, surely will book this again.

Great location on the 27th floor of the Chaotianmen building in which the metro is located just next door. Beautifully designed loft with great views and solid hardware (much better than a lot of the hotels in the chaotianmen area). Everything still looks really new as hotels in China tend to date very quickly but here it all still looks great. Friendly service and staff is always happy to help.

Amazing room and view! Loved the tea room, room was quiet and peaceful even though it was in front of the lift. The room was true to image advertised to well provide the vibe I was looking for; very comfortable. If you're bringing a large suitcase, it's a little inconvenient as you can barely carry it up. Breakfast is good and service was spectacular! No laundry service though, quite a downer.

I had a wonderful stay at Tsingtai Loft. The serene atmosphere immediately puts you at ease, making it the perfect place to relax. The room has great views , is comfortable, with a well-thought-out design. The breakfast offering is healthy and delicious and loved the coffee. It truly feels like a second home, and I would gladly stay here again.

Service: First praise the service. The housekeeper is very gentle. The experience from check-in to check-out is very good. There are tea drinks upon check-in, afternoon desserts and breakfast packages. Mini bar is open for drinks.
Facilities: I am very satisfied with the details. Every detail of the room is carefully designed, from wooden furniture to green plants in the room, comfortable bedding, Japanese-style washing and care, not sloppy at all.
Room: The Loft room is spacious and comfortable.
I carefully read the brand concept, which is as tough and warm as moss. I like it very much. I hope to stick to the original intention and get better and better.
