I rarely write reviews, but the staff of Atour are really hardworking and deserve praise, Xiaotao, Xiaofeng, and the beautiful lady whose name I didn't remember.
They were very patient, friendly and thoughtful. They helped me upgrade the room, dried my clothes, poured tea when guests checked in or left, and other small details.
In addition, I stayed in different Atours on this trip, and I specially chose Atour. It was very thoughtful in terms of hardware, soft furnishings, service and every detail. I have a small suggestion, the pickles for breakfast (the porridge side dishes are too salty), I don't know if other guests have reported it. It seems that other Atours also have this feature.
I like the room design of this Atour and the river view.
Overall very good, will continue to stay and recommend others.
