"Check in and check out was very quick and smooth. The staff were very kind and friendly. Check in staff even offered me water and the check out staff was very helpful about the shuttle busses to airport. The room was very spacious and clean, with comfortable bed and pillows. I had a good night's sleep and it was a perfectly comfortable stay before my long trip back to Japan. I wish I had more time to explore their restaurants and facilities."

"Good location 10min drive from DFW airport and 2 min walking to the grapevine mills shopping mall. Large room with sectional sofa, studio, bed and bathroom. Very nice breakfast. The only negative aspect is the airport pickup: nobody from the hotel picked up my phone call from the airport, I called for 30min no answer, so I had to take a taxi."
