"Arrived to find nobody in the office. Only some little girl who said that they were gone and had no idea when they would return. Sat in the parking lot for almost an hour waiting for them to arrive after spending all day traveling. It was not late at night. It was 830. Then I checked into the room and it is a dump. I’ve been traveling for over 30 years and this is one of the top 5 worst places I’ve ever stayed in my life. The room had a stench about it. The floor was coming up. The walls were not completely painted and the toilet paper rack was broken. You could also see the sway in the beds before you even got in them. Highly recommend you sleep in your car rather than stay in this dump. I would be ashamed to rent this place to anybody."

"We have family in the area and needed something close. This hotel is conveniently located close to shopping and restaurants. The check-in experience was quick and convenient. Every staff member was amazing, from the front desk to the cleaning crew. Our room was a king suite, which was a little smaller than other Marriott suites we’ve had, but was very clean and comfortable. We appreciate the ice machine working our whole stay, since we drink a lot of ice water and filled our cups often. Breakfast was good and offered both hot and cold options, which we appreciate. We would definitely stay here again!"

"My daughter and I went to this hotel because she had a soccer tournament. Quiet time is 10 pm, at 1230 in the morning I had to call the front desk to ask them to please talk to the drunk people from THEIR bar to please quiet down. Instead I was told at 1230 in the morning that my daughter and I could move rooms. After my daughter's first game the next morning we had a few hours until her next. I ask the front desk for a late check out so I could try to make up some of the missed sleep from the night before. They said yes. My daughter amd I went to our room, she put her headphones on and was messing with her phone. I just went to sleep and someone came in my room. It was not even check out time. It scared my daughter half to death. I went to check what they wanted and the lady who came in was in the middle of cleaning the next room. She came in to my room because it was quiet, so she thought nobody was there. Was she there to steal stuff? Management doesn't care about either situation and corporate says they will call back but never do. I suggest never staying at this location or any Marriott. VERY VERY POOR UPPER MANAGEMENT"

"This was a business trip for my husband and I tagged along to rest and reset from my job. I can say that this was a wonderful stay. The one bedroom suite was awesome. Since I was going to be here all day by myself, I didn’t want to be stuffed into one room. There is a separate bedroom with ample space and a nice shelf that accommodated both our suitcases. Also a nice size closet. The open living room and kitchen was perfect. There were dishes, pots and pans as well as plenty of silverware. Having a full size refrigerator and a 2 burner stove was very nice. There was also a tea kettle, a toaster, microwave and coffee maker. The open spaces were separated by a large island that was great for eating as my husband came back for lunch. The living room had a couch, recliner, a built in shelf with extra drawer space and a coffee table with shelves. There was also a desk chair so you could use the island as a desk. Plenty of room on it for a table and a desk. I brought 2 blankets from home to cover the couch and chair. There was nothing wrong with them and they appeared clean and well cared for. Just a quirk of mine. There was another closet in this room which was very nice. The bathroom was nice with a shelf for toiletries. I loved that. The front desk ladies were always sweet and helpful. That’s always a plus. I had one interaction with housekeeping and she was a doll. I didn’t know how to take the lock of the stove. lol she walked away from what she was doing to help me. We laughed as she said it was a trick. 😂 It was but I liked the safety feature. I very much enjoyed my stay here. My husband said that some guys at his conference had rooms at Doubletree. They were not impressed with it so we picked very well. 😁 Candlewood for the win."
