"The hotel is in a great location, but unfortunately the room fell short of expectations. The air conditioning unit takes up nearly half the wall where the window is, and it was extremely noisy throughout the night. We struggled to get a good night’s sleep, which really put a damper on our weekend getaway. During the day, the construction next to the pool made it impossible to enjoy."

The Perry Hotel Naples
"Despite what the listing suggests, this is not a full-service hotel, and calling it “Naples" feels like a stretch. My room on 2.24.2026 overlooked Highway 41 and a dumpster-hardly the scenic escape one would expect. You have to drive everywhere, and it’s 30+ minutes to 5th Ave. The on-site restaurant operates on limited hours, and there's no indoor seating, which meant eating lunch outside in 60- degree weather in the shade. Even the Tigeress restaurant doesn't open until 4:00 p.m. Very limited staff on site- I checked out early. Trip.com was not helpful in cancelling night 2, neither was The Perry. Overall, the experience didn't align with the description or expectations set by the listing."

"Understaffed,old, run down and over priced. It too 5 yup 5 hours to get our room. The reservation was messed up I was supposed to be on high floor with adjoining room. I was placed on 1st floor when I complained I was given 2 rooms on different floors then finaly 2 room on 5th floor. So many people there very upset at both check in and out. People waiting even longer than me for their rooms. Ordered food at pool and it took 2 hours for cold rubbery hot dog. Terrible. 360 grill was over priced and dirty. Terrible Terrible time. Also the bed was so hard we couldn't even sleep."
