"The hotel was very comfortable and comfortable, but the swimming pool was small, without grass and charged EUR 3 per hamaca, although there was little room for them."

"This hotel is punching above its weight and winning. The staff are all really friendly and really take pride in making sure your stay goes well. While on holiday I had a problem with my suitcase not wanting to unlock (likely due to being thrown about in the plane). The staff helped me and found a solution to get inside by cutting the tags and smoothing them off to avoid injury. Without which I'd have had no clothes for the trip. While in Spain we had the national power outage which was totally beyond anyone's control. The staff handled this the best they possibly could. Allowing us to gather water from the pool to aid with flushing toilets, which were affected by the power outage. Providing us with candles and matches. As well as the rooms having a torch inside. When the power came back on, they organised a get-together with complimentary drinks and nibbles to thank us for our patience. This was a lovely touch even though this wasn't the hotels fault. The room I stayed in had recently been renovated and I was so impressed by the new design and choices that had been made. The resort was kept clean all the time by the fantastic cleaning team who were always doing something. All members of staff were friendly and were on board with the hotels pledge to reduce its environmental impact. The hotel doesn't have dedicated parking but on street free parking is so easy to find between the hotel and the park that this isn't an issue. The location is minutes away from the seafront and a selection of places to get breakfast and other meals. I've been to this hotel before, but I've seen a real improvement this year in how Sahara Sunset is being ran. I look forward to seeing how they continue to develop."

"Good location and beach views. Acceptable value for money for February. The windows and beds were a bit old, and the air conditioning unit was very noisy. Given its location, it could be much better if these things were renovated. They don't provide kitchen roll or dish sponges, which is ridiculous in an apartment where you have to use the kitchen. Knowing this, if the price is reasonable, it's advisable to book these apartments."

"Excellent room, super comfortable beds, and the sofa bed was quite spacious for two people. The staff, especially the guy who checked us in (I think his name was Adrián), was lovely; he was very helpful and friendly."

"The hotel is very close to the beach , the very good room , has everything you need , the only stick is the € 200 guarantee you have to leave and it has no smart TV and you can not install it because the wifi does not allow you to do it ."

Currently (March) there is construction in front of the hotel, so I can't enter (I think it should have been informed in advance, so I'm embarrassed while driving) 5. First, get a parking ticket at the hotel (about 17 euros per day / parking lot Must be taken when entering and exiting) You must park in the parking lot near the aquarium 6. The amount of hot water is fixed. It was all good, but the most unfortunate part."

"Stayed in sunset many times in the past , but never this time of year (week before Christmas) a few restaurants not open and just a buffet or a bar snack menu available. Still a lot of refurbishment work going on too. A bit pricey as well even with some of the inconveniences. Apart from that I enjoyed my stay and would return again"

"I cannot rate it high or low. I did not take up my booking because the booking went wrong and hotel was unwilling to assist. So I went elsewhere. Somehow while in the process of booking my dates, the system defaulted the dates, finalizing the booking as arriving on my required check-out date. I needed to be in 17, 18 Feb, checking out 19 Feb... But it booked me only for the 19th. I didn't notice until it was too late. I tried to change the dates, there by giving the hotel 2 nights instead of just 1, but they would not adjust the booking. They were unwilling to look beyond their cancellation/modification policy. I therefore took my business elsewhere. Their short sightedness and bad business acumen annoyed me."

"The location is very good, very close to the beach, there is a supermarket next to it, the beach bar is also very beautiful, the hotel room is large, the facilities are complete, the family is very suitable, there are two large balconies, and the sunset with the family is excellent. The only downside is that the hygiene needs to be improved, and the previous tenant should have brought pets."
