"Great hotel, nice and clean got everything you need. We had breakfast included in our stay and what a great selection they put out every morning from your full English breakfast, omelettes, pancakes, fresh fruit and loads more! Room was lovely, couldn’t fault it and a great sea view. Would definitely stay again if we return to benalmadena!"

"The hotel is in the best location in Bernal Madena, close to the dining and sightseeing pier. The room was clean and comfortable, and the pier had many dining and bars. The hotel room and bathroom were good. The restaurant on the first floor had a rich breakfast and was a hotel worth staying in. The pier can take a cruise ship to see dolphins 🐬"

"Amazing location, right by the sea but no crowded beaches around. Huge hotel with several pools, outdool pool with adults only area is amazing for relax, lots of facilities. Lunch and dinner was very nice, wide selection of food."

"Lage top, Sauberkeit sehr gut, das Personal wirklich top. Von der Rezeption bis zu den Reinigungskräften alle super Leute. Die Türen der Zimmer müssen definitiv ausgewechselt (erneuert) werden. Solche Türen, die automatisch schließen und damit einen Knall verursachen, gibt es heutzutage nicht mehr! Da muss definitiv etwas gemacht werden. Der zweite Kritikpunkt ist das Doppelbett, das für zwei Personen sehr schmal ist!! Noch ein Kritikpunkt wäre der Duschkopf, der auch super klein ist!! Die Gemeinschaftsküche ist ein großer Pluspunkt."

"The hotel location is good, the swimming pool is very small, the gym is not well maintained. The breakfast is very simple. The hotel is clean. The check in process is too long and need to register each guest passport."

"This hotel is punching above its weight and winning. The staff are all really friendly and really take pride in making sure your stay goes well. While on holiday I had a problem with my suitcase not wanting to unlock (likely due to being thrown about in the plane). The staff helped me and found a solution to get inside by cutting the tags and smoothing them off to avoid injury. Without which I'd have had no clothes for the trip. While in Spain we had the national power outage which was totally beyond anyone's control. The staff handled this the best they possibly could. Allowing us to gather water from the pool to aid with flushing toilets, which were affected by the power outage. Providing us with candles and matches. As well as the rooms having a torch inside. When the power came back on, they organised a get-together with complimentary drinks and nibbles to thank us for our patience. This was a lovely touch even though this wasn't the hotels fault. The room I stayed in had recently been renovated and I was so impressed by the new design and choices that had been made. The resort was kept clean all the time by the fantastic cleaning team who were always doing something. All members of staff were friendly and were on board with the hotels pledge to reduce its environmental impact. The hotel doesn't have dedicated parking but on street free parking is so easy to find between the hotel and the park that this isn't an issue. The location is minutes away from the seafront and a selection of places to get breakfast and other meals. I've been to this hotel before, but I've seen a real improvement this year in how Sahara Sunset is being ran. I look forward to seeing how they continue to develop."

"I cannot rate it high or low. I did not take up my booking because the booking went wrong and hotel was unwilling to assist. So I went elsewhere. Somehow while in the process of booking my dates, the system defaulted the dates, finalizing the booking as arriving on my required check-out date. I needed to be in 17, 18 Feb, checking out 19 Feb... But it booked me only for the 19th. I didn't notice until it was too late. I tried to change the dates, there by giving the hotel 2 nights instead of just 1, but they would not adjust the booking. They were unwilling to look beyond their cancellation/modification policy. I therefore took my business elsewhere. Their short sightedness and bad business acumen annoyed me."

"The hotel was very comfortable and comfortable, but the swimming pool was small, without grass and charged EUR 3 per hamaca, although there was little room for them."

"The room was quite clean, the buffet was good, but the room was poorly soundproofed. The hotel is suitable for traveling and living. Overall, this price is quite cost-effective."
