"Our stay with Cavallers by Tarragona days was wonderful. My two boys (7 and 9), my wife and I loved the apartment which served us well. The location was perfect - right in the middle of the medieval city with the beautiful church, tons of restaurants and stores, and stunning small streets all just outside our door. Also, it is about a 20 minute walk to a fantastic beach with soft sand and small waves that we had a blast playing in. The management was capable, kind, and responsive. Moreover, I am traveling with my road bicycle and the large bag proved really challenging to fit in our rental car. Cavallers kindly allowed me to store the bag in their office while our family traveled elsewhere in Spain. Tarragona was a great city and I really how to go again in the future. Will definitely stay with Cavallers again! Thank you!"

"The room itself was comfortable and the location was good. We were also aware in advance that the hotel does not have a 24-hour reception and relies on a self check-in kiosk, which we were prepared for and had no issue with in principle. However, our experience became extremely stressful when the kiosk was unable to recognise a valid booking. We arrived close to 10pm after delays on our high-speed rail journey. Despite having a confirmed reservation via Trip.com, the kiosk could not locate our booking — neither by surname nor by booking reference. We tried every possible option for over 45 minutes late at night, with no access to staff support. With no alternative, we were forced to book and pay for an additional room on the spot just to have somewhere to sleep, leaving our original (already paid-for) room unused. By the time we finally checked in, all nearby restaurants were closed and we went without dinner. The following morning, resolving this issue was equally frustrating. There was no reception until midday, meaning we had to wait around and lose a large part of our day. When we eventually spoke to the front desk, there was no apology or acknowledgement of the distress caused. Instead, responsibility was deflected onto the third-party booking platform, despite the fact that the kiosk is designed to work with either a booking number or a guest’s name. Only after firmly explaining that the kiosk failure had forced us to spend nearly €100 on an extra night did the issue seem to register. While the additional night was eventually refunded, the lack of empathy and accountability left a lasting negative impression. It’s a shame, as the hotel itself has potential. Unfortunately, due to how this situation was handled, I would not return or recommend this hotel to anyone arriving outside normal reception hours."

"It is a genuinely good place to stay, big, comfortable, well-equipped and beautiful. It is in the market square in Tarragona with plenty of food and drink options around. 15-min walk to the beach. Might be a bit noisy because of the bars. The person receiving us was warm and friendly, but better communication beforehand would have been appreciated."

"Well-cared very clean apartment with all facilities. Well, what's very business--which's ”horse-proof”, possibly by bad experiences, because also: a large list of what is not allowed on the door and a large paper on the table or you want to clean, while you've paid extra in advance for that. Apartment near the regional train station and 20 minutes walk from the bus station. A pleasant non-tourist area near the port and beach and with pleasant food/drinking/pastas, for example, a flat near the apartment complex and 'Estacion'. Chinatown is not recommended, because they tried to be stuck with food, It is rarely so dirty and also unspoiled."

"Великолепные аппарты ! Отдыхали вчетвером, места всем хватило . Оооочень удобная кровать! У нас была шикарная терраса с выходом на Рамблу. Потрясающий вид! До пляжа минут 15. Местоположение просто отличное - до старого города 10 минут. Большой молл минут 15 пешком. Остались довольны на 100%. Спасибо большое!"

"A good option with good amenities and a location close to railway station.. Only downer tax and cleaning fee was quite expensive at $32.5 Euros which adds significantly to the value. Otherwise great friendly service with a good set up for cooking and doing laundry etc"
