Parking is provided via a permit which can be used in the adjacent car park as well as most other SLDC Car Parks in the Lake District. We Live locally - we are available at anytime and happy to offer any advice regarding how to make the best of your Lake District Stay. We are keen walkers and enjoy dining out in the many restaurants in the local area. We operate a self check in service, which will be sent 2 days prior to arrival. We love the fact that many walks can be undertaken directly from the door and if you wish to travel further afield there is a regular bus service, 2 mins from the Apartment.

On the ground floor from the rear (first floor from the front) the property features a spacious open plan kitchen dining space with a contemporary kitchen featuring Bosch appliances and large farmhouse table. Leading off the hall is a cosy lounge with sumptuous velvet, natural hues and a quirky log burner, perfect for relaxed evenings or cosy days in front of the fire. From the main hallway, the next floor has two Superking sized bedrooms (one en-suite) of which one bedroom can be split into two singles if required. The large family bathroom has a beautiful freestanding bath, large shower cubicle and feature sink stand . An additional WC is also available on the top and ground floors so bath time isn't un interrupted. To the first floor is the loft room with two single beds, additional WC and home working space (please note as this room is in the eaves the headroom is a little reduced) A parking permit is available with the nearest park only a five minute walk from the property .

This property has its own private entrance from Millans Park at the rear of the property. The Spacious hallway (where you can pick up the parking permit for use in local streets surrounding the property) has plenty of room for all the walking gear required for a break in the Lakes. The main hallway leads to the first of two bedrooms (this bedroom can be either 3 singles or 1 single and a superking and has a TV with catch up services), family bathroom and to the heart of the home, the large kitchen with magnificent centre island. The Kitchen with a large smart tv (all with sky Q & Netflix) has a fantastic island, ideal for a fabulous meal at home, a relaxed breakfast or a great space to socialise before heading out for dinner at one of the many restaurants that Ambleside has to offer. It also has the benefit of a fantastic Apple Homepod. The Lounge is located off the kitchen and is a great space to relax and unwind, with plenty of seating and a delightful bay window, perfect for watching the hustle and bustle of Ambleside below. A selection of board games are also available for a quiet night in. The King Size master bedroom also features a Sky Q TV and has a gorgeous en-suite shower room with power shower. The property has super fast internet throughout. We Live locally - we are available at anytime and happy to offer any advice regarding how to make the best of your Lake District Stay. The property is dog friendly for 1 well behaved pet which must not be left in the property unattended or on the furniture, there is an £15 additional charge per stay. Any damages to the property guests will be liable to pay for. The property has a parking permit parking for one car which can be used in all local car parks, the main car park is just a 5 minute walk from the property. The property is on a major bus route and Windermere station is just a 15min journey away.
