"Hello, guys! So this hotel had everything- pool (a bit too small), restaurant, shops for clothes, hair salon, free parking. The breakfast was with a lot of sortiments of food, even soup. The coffee was good also. The rooms were very very clean and the mini bar well stocked. The very good part was that they offered sun beds at the beach club nearby. Hope you like it also ❤️"

"I honestly don't know where to start from. The rooms are very dirty,we have taken pictures,the bath floor at the time we have booked in was sticky dirty and hair on the floor ,the taps in the bathroom are disgusting with black dirt around them. The batroom robs were left from the previous client as they wore used. In one of the batrooms the hair dryer is not working. I have told reception and been told that some one will come and change it ,no one come .The fridges are working however they are not clean and dirty. This is one star hotel. The room cleaner come and clean the room however the cleaning was very basic,as I have come in the room after her she blamed me that I have taken her electric card .This is very concerning as if she had lost the acces card ,this means that anyone could come in the room. We have our passports and expensive cameras in the room,so I have raised the concern and she then showed me her card and stated that she had forgotten that she had it.Im not sure if this was just a scam but now I'm concern about our belongings.This is the first time I have returned to Romania after 20 years away,and I can guarantee that this is the last time I will come to Mamaia and Parc hotel.Before booking do your research,I didn't."

"Initially, I canceled my reservation at Hotel Voila Mamaia due to the negative reviews I read, but after much consideration, I decided to give it a chance. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the ladies at the reception, who were extremely kind and understanding. They told me that if I encountered any inconvenience, not to hesitate to inform them, as they would do their best to resolve any issues. I got the room I wanted, and overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations. However, there is a negative aspect to mention: cleanliness. Although the hotel is not perfectly clean, it can't be said to be unkept either; I would say it's acceptable. I was surprised by the large number of guests staying despite the less favorable reviews. The room was in decent condition, but it could have used an extra vacuuming and dusting off the TV. The bathroom was mostly clean, with a spotless toilet and sink, but I recommend wearing flip-flops in the shower - although that should be a common practice anywhere to prevent any issues."

"Pleasant Hotel Del Mar in Mamaia located five minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. Good wifi. Decent buffet breakfast. Free parking. Friendly staff. Good event facilities. Small gymnasium. Only fifteen minutes from the old town."
