"We chose this hotel specifically for its outdoor pool, among other amenities. We stayed for 9 nights, coinciding with some of the hottest days of the summer. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for the entirety of our stay. This meant we couldn't enjoy the feature we paid for and were looking forward to. It was disappointing not to have access to such an essential amenity, especially given the extreme heat."
