"This hotel is terrible and a complete consumer fraud. First, the product is not what they claim it is. The platform used photos of the Jinshan International Hotel, but when we arrived, it wasn't the Jinshan International Hotel at all. It was a retirement home called "Yixinyuan." If it were a retirement home, there's nothing wrong with just saying so. There's no need to use someone else's name to advertise it. This is fraud. Secondly, the management is chaotic. Signage within the park is unclear, and parking is severely inadequate. The road, which was once a two-way street, was completely parked, leaving only one car barely passable. The front desk service is also poor and extremely unprofessional. The booking information on the platform indicated the Jinshan International Hotel, but upon arriving at the front desk, we were told that we wouldn't be checking in at the Jinshan International Hotel, but at "Yixinyuan." The service at the Jinshan International Hotel was extremely rude and completely rude. The Yixinyuan front desk was also extremely unprofessional. Checking in required showing the reservation information first, and it was a two-step process: first confirming and printing a receipt, then checking in. They were constantly kept waiting, and everyone had to find their key. They were clueless and clearly unprepared. The service was also terrible. Ultimately, we were given a room that was found on the spur of the moment. We weren't even given a key; the door was opened by the staff. In short, avoid this hotel; it's a complete rip-off."

"Next to the Dihua Ancient Town, the rooms are all next to the artificial lake, with mountains, water, small bridges, ducks and geese, and pheasants were found in the yard. It is a very quiet hotel. The room has its own terrace viewing platform, which is great. The living room and room have a panoramic view. Tea was given as a souvenir when checking in. I brewed it and drank it directly. It tasted good. The toiletries are domestic old brands, so I feel at ease. The slippers are comfortable. There are refrigerator drinks, two small bottles of purified water, and a large bucket of purified water. The automatic curtains, comfortable lighting, and aromatherapy are provided. The hotel meals were late for breakfast and I didn’t eat it. I don’t know. I ordered a few dishes in the restaurant for dinner. Pig’s trotters are not recommended. They are ready to eat after opening the bag. Fried wild fish is recommended. It is crispy and delicious. Vermicelli buns are recommended. The local specialties are delicious. I ordered Jiawu Pao Mo. The taste is good, but it may be a bit anxious. The black hard membrane is not cleaned. It is a pity, but the overall meal is still OK. The children's bedroom in the room is a little small. Because it is very close to the ancient town, the loudspeaker is very loud during the day. There is no problem at night. The room has good sound insulation. It is very close to the highway and basically no noise can be heard. The hotel environment is great, the hotel's cafe food is 18 yuan a cup. Not bad. The hotel parking is also very convenient. In short, it is a good stay experience."
