I kick off the covers when it gets too hot, then it gets very cold again, and then I cover myself up again – a constant cycle. Even with the temperature set according to the butler's instructions, it's still difficult to feel comfortable. The lack of temperature control in the rooms is the biggest problem. The butler's service was excellent, and the breakfast was plentiful. If the temperature issue could be improved, the hotel would be a significant upgrade."

I had to go downstairs to ask my friend downstairs to open the door. The air conditioner in the room on the second floor was not installed. The room was close to the road and it was very noisy at night. I originally thought about making do with it for one night, but a few of us came back from playing and there was no hot water at ten o'clock in the evening. The water was ice cold. I called the front desk, but the front desk came to see it and asked me to wait... not even the most basic hot water was available. If you are traveling as a family with the elderly and children, don’t worry. It will definitely be uncomfortable if you have high temperature and wait for hot water."
