"Scott was the attendant when we arrived. He was amazing. He was kind, courteous, and extremely helpful. He deserves a raise and a promotion. I was in the 4th floor and the hallways hah ac extremely strong chemical smell, like industrial glue or paint thinner. It was enough to take your breath away. It didn't get into the rooms thankfully, but you certainly didn't want to leave them because it was so strong. We were advised by Scott that the hotel was undergoing renovations and he was extremely apologetic. The room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the same can't be said for the shower. The water was lukewarm at best and not warm enough for my granddaughter or daughter to take a shower. We were unable to try the breakfast as we woke up to an area wide power outage due to extreme weather. Overall, the best thing about staying here was the outstanding customer service we received and that would probably be the only reason I would come back again."

"TBH I was shocked. I have not stayed at a best western in many years because I put it so far down the list. Check-in/ out took less than 2 mins. Room was a mini suite and had a couch, coffee table, desk, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, more. Spotlessly clean. Fantastic for my needs.Only glitch was the literal fire drill at midnight on fri. No fire. Faulty sensor set off the fire alarm. Fire truck, people in gear searching the hotel, lobby full of people, screaming buzzer n flashing lights. Just an accident and a bit of drama. Finally got the buzzer turned off and back to bed. I will stay there again. Oh and breakfast was decent. Again I was surprised. Very good stay."

Trip.com I’ve had problems with: I got booked two rooms on the same night and I have been trying to get a refund for one of those nights and I’ve had so much trouble with tri.com online. I got to the hotel and checked in and they said on their end they canceled my reservation, but I cannot get through to trip.com to give me my money back. It has been very frustrating."
