"worst hotel i’ve stayed in downtown. the room thermostat didn’t work. the employees didn’t pick up the phone nor respond through text. the water pressure was terrible. they charge you $10 to park in the garage, no mention of that until you’re already parked and in the lobby. pretty much a scam. its surrounded by construction on all sides and in the parking garage it’s basically a hazard. smoking area is right on the way inside. breakfast was mid too. i wouldn’t stay here again."
