Steigenberger Icon Grandhotel Belvédère
"Beautiful hotel, stayed there 24 June for a week with a group with Titan Travel. Room was great, more like a little suite, plenty of room. Breakfast superb, everything you could want. Only downside for me as a fitness freak was the gym. It was stiffingly hot, no aircon and no dumbells! Other than that a great hotel with fabulous views."
Hotel Strela by Mountain Hotels
"If 'Good' was an option, this would have been my rating for this place. It's up quite a hill from the town and the ski lifts, and I certainly felt that carrying my skis and poles etc. back each evening, but there are options to pay to leave your things with other businesses near the ski lifts so you don't have to carry your equipment up and down each day. Rooms were pretty basic but clean and provided what you need, and there's a hotel sauna which you can use after a day on the slopes. Breakfast was a basic buffet. Hotel had a place you can leave your skis and boots overnight in the basement."
ALPENGOLD HOTEL by IHG
"Lights in the room are unpractical to manage. The worse the one on top of the bed"
Morosani Fiftyone - the Room Only Hotel
"Items/travel hacks used to make it work at Morosani 51 hotel during WEF week: My bill was 3,400 Swiss Francs for 5 nights --at least breakfast with some lukewarm scrambled eggs and dried out bacon was included. Stick to rolls and cold items Dual voltage immersion heater to make tea (no coffee machine or kettle in the room) Bagful of converter plugs-Europe round to Swiss, UK 3-prong to Swiss Amazon bubble pack mailing bags for wine and food placed on balcony (no mini-fridge). Bought groceries at the Coop down the street and put the bag out on balcony. Brought it in for 20 minutes 2x daily to prevent freezing. Shampoo and conditioner-a must if you will run into anyone you know. Bonus: this was the first shower-only bathroom hotel room I have stayed in that came with a shower cap. Plastic plates and a travel knife to cut up bread, cheese, sandwiches. Wine bottle stopper Earplugs-every move can be heard in hallways thanks to slate floors/echo chamber and paper bag-thin walls. Others have said it-could have left my door open and it was no different. The window had to stay open to combat the sauna--like heat so the snowplows scraping the roads at 4:40am was a real treat. Door stopper to keep balcony door open in 15 degree weather to counter in-room heat without a thermostat Summer sleeping items-a sauna in the room even w door and window open. Wish I had brought: Swiss Franc coins to use the coffee machine in the non existant lobby. Do not be deveived by the hotel photo taken w a wide angle lens. Elevator: it works some of the time. After 2 calls to the front desk I was told to jump up and down to activate it. Front entry door -no instructions on how to get out-please add a sign “turn knob to the left” Hallways-pitch black at night. Look for old fashioned yellow-glow switches to turn on hall lights. Geez-how about upgrading to motion sensor lights? Your room # does not necessarily correspond to the floor #. My room 434 was on the 3rd floor-really fun with jetlag!"
Ameron Davos Swiss Mountain Resort
"Central location in Davos. Staff is very courteous and competent. The rooms are furnished flawlessly and in very good condition. Everything is just fine."
Central Sporthotel Davos
"Great location, comfortable rooms, friendly and professional staff"
Turmhotel Victoria Davos
"The hotel is excellent: wonderful breakfast, good spa, cozy and stylish rooms. Nearby is the railway station, you can get to the ski lift in another part of the city. It's a 10-minute walk to Lake Davos. I recommend it."

Residenz by Meierhof
Hotel Europe
"Too expensive for what you get super old rooms not enough staff in the piano bar no parking showers are a joke - every time one uses it, the bathroom is flooded the only good thing about is place is the specious skiroom Breakfast buffet is ok overall too expensive"
Guardaval Apt 308
"Very well equipped apartment, well located, walking distance from the congress center."
Schatzalp Hotel
"Stayed for 5 days for a holiday in the snow. The hotel is beautifully located above Davos, only to be reached by a private cable car. When you arrive you feel you enter a film scene, where you can write the script. The whole atmosphere is one you will never forget, it is if you go back in time when only the happy few went on holiday. The hotel is done in beautiful architecture and is very elegant. Wood, marble and stone. Jugendstil details. Food is great, the staff friendly and helpful. You can sled down every night, on a private lighted sled course, and there is a great slope & ski lift is included in the hotel stay on the back of the hotel. Some things are older but that makes the hotel even better. I rather see something done with craft and nice materials then plastic fantastic. I have seen reviews of people who made a picture of some faded paint or a stain in the carpet.... that the hotel was older then they expected and some other silly bla bla. It is like not admiring a pretty lady but only concentrating on a pimple. f you like character and elegance and a hotel that one of a kind you should stay here. If you want a kind of mediocre middle class so called luxury, there are plenty of other hotel chains that cater to that. I will be back Hotel Schatzalp, I had a fantastic time!"
Hotel Ducan
Hotel Meierhof
"Great 4 star. Ample rooms with the basics but no luxuries. Wonderful and attentive service even if at times, speaking in English is challenging for the front staff (French and German ok). Has excellent indoor pool and saunas. For Davos meeting, 30 minutes walking in slush. (Forget ground transport of any kind because with WEF traffic it will take longer)"
Hotel Parsenn
"Amazing experience for our family stay. Comfortable and very clean rooms, delicious breakfast and very helpful staff. We definitely recommend this hotel, which is just a few steps from Parsenn Bahn. Has a nice ski room with enough space for skis and boots. Every afternoon, they served us a warm soup and some cakes, coffee/tea in a cosy room with a fire place next to the reception (this was complimentary). Hope to visit again soon."
Casanna Hotel Davos City Center
"Was here for a business trip for several days. The location of the hotel is ultra central, making it predestined for business trips and quick commutes to and from the congress center. My room was very! small and located next to elevator. Hotel was booked out, and changing rooms took a few days. Second room was considerably larger and more comfortable. Breakfast was little more than the youth hostel in Davos provides. All in all, it didn't feel like I was being catered to. The building and the rooms are not freshly renovated. This place benefits a lot by the central location..."
Alpine Inn Davos
"Very comfortable and then a little far from the ski lifts but I liked the Comfort the restaurant has a very limited menu"
Davos Youth Hostel
"Tip top"
Hotel Concordia
"Located on the Promenade, this hotel has outstanding beds (can't remember when I last slept so well in a hotel) and an exceptional breakfast. Reception was very nice and ready to help. We spoke in German but I believe they can speak EN too. Reception hours may seem odd but due to breaks but it wasn't a problem, our key was left ready for pickup. In general everyone is relaxed. We had a studio, big, cleaned daily with kitchinette (had everything you need for a short stay). Groceries close by (5mins walk). It's quite a walk to the city centre, but again whether this is an issue or not depends pn your interests. We also got free Davos transport tickets working also on some cable cars. Loved it and recommend it!"
Hotel Edelweiss
"Really cute and quiet spot near the town. You can walk from there to the train station in about 20-30 minutes. The elevator is hardly large enough for 2 people and luggage. The hotel room looked newly renovated. It was super clean and nicely decorated. The room we had was 308 with a large balcony with 2 lounge chairs and a small table. It is not pictured on their website. The bathroom was very small but functional. The bedroom was plenty large enough with 2 chairs and a small table. There isn’t a refrigerator but they got us an ice bucket. The staff were extremely nice and pleasant. Breakfast wasn’t much but it hit most of the basics. No cooked eggs to order but there were boiled eggs."
Serviced Apartments by Solaria
"We were with friends for 2 nights in two rooms in Solaria. They had gone there another time and the reservation was in their name. We were accommodated in room 2102. When we were checking in, we looked around the room, there is no check list of what is available such as glasses, dishes, furniture, chairs, coffee machines, etc. We left the hotel at 08:30 we left the key at the reception and no one wanted to see the room in what condition we leave it and what is available. After 3 hours of leaving, the amount of 400 CHF was withdrawn from our friends' card without warning and they received an email accusing us of moving chairs from one room to another and tearing the upholstery of one chair and for that they stopped the money. We went back to the hotel to check what we had done but the manager was very arrogant and rude to us and said you were right. We asked to see the chair, which they accused us of being torn. An employee brought it and when we asked which room the chair was from, he said a completely different room number than the one we were in. Much bitterness and disappointment remained with our stay in Solaria. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT FOR ACCOMMODATION. But if you are still booked into staying overnight, please check everything very carefully when you check in, so that you don't end up being a victim too."
