"Hello! From July 4th to July 10th, 2024, I stayed in Davos at the Morosani Hotels Davos. I came for a yoga retreat. After check-in, the smiling, Russian-speaking receptionist, Anastasia, helped me into room 123, which I had booked back in February. My first surprise was that the room's decor was completely different from the hotel's photos. Anastasia confirmed that this was only in the photos. Left alone, I couldn't open the window leading to the bed, which was boarded up and frosted because it abutted the adjacent balcony. The second window, which opened wide without any stops, was level with the pebbled roof. People could step over their low balconies and enter the room through the window. I had trouble breathing. The safe was broken, there was no small bedspread, and there were no toiletries other than a large bottle of soap, a kettle, coffee bags, tea bags, etc. No, the room felt like it had been created from a storage room. When I spoke to Anastasia, she smiled and told me there were no other rooms available, even though I was one of the first to arrive at the event. She also said she offered earplugs for the window? In my ears? And that no one would be entering the room through the window, that's not their custom. The safe had been repaired while I was there, but what shocked me most was her explanation for the lack of a kettle—for fire safety reasons! And, supposedly, a kettle was provided, as an exception. Bathroom amenities are available upon request at the reception! Furthermore, a smiling Anastasia told me which stop I should get to for the cheapest airport ticket. As it later turned out, the price included a free transfer from the station to the hotel and from the hotel to the station. To be fair, Anastasia said she'd written down my comments about the room and that I should contact the manager in the morning. But I was feeling unwell after the flight, and there was no time for explanations, demands, or possibly a room upgrade, as the retreat was starting, so I didn't bother trying to get a different room. It later turned out that the rooms of other participants at the same price were simply luxurious, with large balconies, sun loungers, and so on. The rooms with bathtubs, separate toilets, and two sinks, for the same price, included not only kettles on trays with everything you need for tea and coffee, but also coffee machines with coffee capsules. In my room, wet towels were neatly folded and left in place during cleaning. So, time that should have been spent on a vacation that took a year or more to earn, was wasted on requests and demands for services booked six months in advance and paid a pretty penny. Ask, ask, and perhaps it will be given to you!!! And don't take the key to room 123."

"The hotel is excellent: wonderful breakfast, good spa, cozy and stylish rooms. Nearby is the railway station, you can get to the ski lift in another part of the city. It's a 10-minute walk to Lake Davos. I recommend it."

"We were staying with family and friends in February 25 a few days and we can really say almost just praise. Starting with the uncomplicated booking process, because we had to report x mutations because no one arrived at the same time or always joined more people. Nevertheless, everything has been excellent, which really cannot be seen as self-confidence. It was also very clean and breakfast was useful. Only in the breakfast room was something narrowly stolen. A table less per room would certainly improve the situation. Although the employees were not all powerful in German, they were constantly struggling to ensure that all our wishes and concerns could be met. Thank you and we will, if there is the opportunity to re-elect this hotel!"

"I made a late booking at Hotel Parsenn after a last-minute change of plans, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The room was very comfortable and well appointed, and I slept log-like. Breakfast was commendably good, including a fresh omelette bar! It was only a one-night stay, but perfect for what I needed!"

"Very warm hotel in a side street. The double rooms are very large and cozy and the bathroom is also beautiful. The breakfast room is also wonderful and has a great view of the forests that were freshly cut in during my time. The location is super, as the bus and Migros restaurant are in the immediate vicinity. I can only recommend further."

"Nice place which located in the top of the hill, a bit hard to find since name at tue sign not really match with the name booked from the app. But food was good have many types of food and clean."
