Free one-way airport transfer service, what do you understand by this?
I thought the hotel could send me to the airport for free, because I didn’t come from the airport when I checked in, and I didn’t need to be picked up, so I can always ask for free pick-up, right? But the front desk told me that you did not use the airport pick-up service. If you used the airport pick-up service, then it would be free for you to leave the hotel and drop off at the airport. The hotel is 8 kilometers away from the airport and the one-way fee is 1,000 taka. Co-authored If I come from the airport, take the pick-up shuttle from your hotel, and pay you 1,000 taka, you will drop me off at the airport for free? So what if I pay an average of 500 taka one way?

The hotel staff were accommodating however the facilities of the room and hotel were not great. Pictures appear to be better than what it is. The room smelt funny and damp and the pillows and quilt also smelt like sweat so I had to put towels over the pillow to fall asleep. For the money spent it was not worth it, I only gave 2 stars for the hotel staff as they were nice and tried to accommodate as much as possible.
