"We stayed for two nights and were more than satisfied with the wooden chamber with balcony on the beautiful landscape. It was a bit hard to find, but let me give you a hint: When you walk down the steep alley where it should be located on the map, go a bit further down than you would might think and take a left turn in the alley towards the viewing platform. After the turn you should see the property with the steep iron stairs up to the balcony where the rooms are located. The afternoon we arrived we did the Runwa valley loop, what was like 7 km (not the 15 km like on the map) and where the entrance is really close to the hotel when going up to the main street. The next morning we decided to do the Dongwa valley loop, what was from the hotel about 30 km hiking. First go down where all the tourists are, then walk or take the shuttle up in the mountains and when the shuttle terminates walk further up until you arrive at a temple and later the highest point at around 3900 m. From there on all the way down, what is quicker and the last ascent up the main road back to your village and the hotel. Enjoy your stay!"

"As soon as I entered the room, I stayed for one more night. The decoration was very new, the room was very clean, the facilities were very complete, and the butler service was timely and thoughtful. "The guest rooms were uniquely decorated and very comfortable, with a perfect balance of ******* style—not too old-fashioned, nor too modern. Entering the room was refreshing, and the balcony offered a beautiful view of Fairy Peak! It would be even better if the rooms had a stool, chair, and luggage locker! The shower door leaked water, and the showerhead sprayed water everywhere; it should be replaced or the drain holes cleaned. These issues are easily remedied. Otherwise, everything was fine, and I would choose this place again if I went back!"

"I don't understand why such a dilapidated room is priced at over 900 or 1000 yuan? It says it opened in 2025, but the facilities are obviously outdated; it's definitely not a 25-year-old establishment. The bathroom was terrible; the toilet seat was wobbly. The water heater for showering was insufficient for two people, and the hot water ran out halfway through the shower, leaving us naked in the bathroom waiting for it to come back on."

"Zhagana Yunjing Wild House Tent is the most expensive hotel in this trip to Gannan. After checking in, I felt that everything was worth it. Not to mention that you can enjoy the fascinating scenery of Zhagana in the room, various meticulous and thoughtful services let us forget the fatigue of the journey and indulge in the beautiful hotel. The children had altitude sickness, and the hotel sent oxygen cylinders and breakfast to the room (our room was very high, and several waiters helped to move the luggage up at night, which was very embarrassing). Thank you very much. Not to mention the hotel environment, the snow-capped mountains behind are the Rock Road, and you can walk to the sign to check in. Due to the weather, I didn’t see Zhagana under the blue sky and white clouds. This regret will be made up next time. Next time, I will definitely choose Yunjing Wild House. Such a beautiful and warm hotel, everything is worth it. If you go to Gannan, you must check in Zhagana... Then in Zhagana, choosing Yunjing Wild House Tent Hotel will make your trip to Gannan more perfect!"

"The hotel is like a traditional business hotel. The staff is nice, courteous , and helpful, even though there was some issue with the booking due to hotel check in procedure and language barrier, but it was sorted out. The room is big and more comfortable than expected. Wifi is good. I didn't try the complimentary hotel breakfast, though, so I can't comment on that. Overall, it is good, considering it is located within the city/town and it's not too far from Zhagana Scenic Area entrance."
