"We chose this hotel due to location, as it is very close to old town and the city centre. We found parking on the street but there is a public car park 2min away. The hotel has its own charm and the receptionist was very pleasant and informative. We had family room and we are allocated the one in the 2nd floor, so we had views towards old town. The room (no 23) was spacious and enough for a family of 4. The linen was fresh and clean, just the bathroom could do with better cleaning and hence my 4* rating. Towels were clean but some of them looking yellowish from usage. They do provide toiletries as well. No lights in the ceiling so it was a little dark in the room."

The trash can had not been emptied, the room was very hot, and the air conditioning was not enough to cool it down. The car could not be charged and the reception did not speak English. "This is a very good value hotel, close to a place where you can try many kinds of wine, but a little far from the old town. We were traveling by car, so we had to go to the front desk to get the electronic remote control for the garage.
