"The hotel doesn't understand the definition of "hospitality." Dinner is served no later than 8:30 PM. Due to traffic on the highway, we arrived slightly late (8:00 PM). When we called the hotel to say we'd be late for dinner, they told us the chef had already gone home. So we paid for a dinner we never received... There was no discussion, compensation, or conversation possible. Our room wasn't 100% clean and the bed was uncomfortable. We do not recommend this hotel."

"CAUTION: No access by car. It's a very strenuous climb that takes 1.5 hours. Unfortunately, the host is very unfriendly and seems very distant from his guests. It's clear that money is the only priority here, not the guest. This is evident in all of the host's offerings. It seems the biggest money is made through non-free cancellations after fraudulent misrepresentation."
