"For €350 per night (including breakfast), I expected a level of service worthy of a luxury hotel. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. We had originally planned to arrive at around 7:00 p.m. Before leaving, I called the hotel to ask whether it would be possible to have dinner on-site. I was informed that the restaurant was fully booked. I find it disappointing that a hotel of this standard cannot guarantee a table for its own guests or offer an alternative solution. As a result, we had to dine elsewhere, which is why we arrived at 9:45 p.m. Looking back, that turned out to be the right decision. Upon arrival, the welcome was cold, and the staff seemed uninterested and indifferent. The following morning, at 11:00 a.m., we wanted to enjoy the swimming pool before checking out. We were asked to pay €25 per person. After already paying €350 for one night, this additional charge is difficult to justify. Breakfast was by far the biggest disappointment. We arrived at 9:30 a.m. (service ended at 10:00 a.m.), yet there were no water glasses available on two separate occasions, several items on the buffet had not been replenished, and both coffee machines were frequently out of service due to a lack of water, coffee beans, or because they were being cleaned. A single waitress was left to manage everything. She was clearly doing her best, but the hotel's organization is in serious need of improvement. The room was clean, but I would strongly advise against booking a Veranda room if you are sensitive to light. The curtains are too thin and too narrow, and there are no shutters or blackout blinds. As soon as the sun rises, the room becomes completely flooded with daylight. We were also staying on the fourth floor, close to the elevator. Every time it stopped, it made a very loud noise that woke us up several times during the night. The mattress was comfortable, but providing a winter duvet when the outside temperature was close to 30°C (86°F) is difficult to understand. There was no lightweight sheet available, so we had to use the duvet cover as a sheet. Finally, the gym clearly lacks proper maintenance. The handles on several machines were extremely sticky, which was unpleasant and unhygienic. Overall, this hotel charges luxury prices but fails to deliver a luxury experience. The reception, dining, extra charges, breakfast, room comfort, and general maintenance all fell well below expectations. In my opinion, the value for money is extremely poor, and I cannot recommend this hotel at this price point."

"We had received this hotel as a gift through a Wonderbox and paid extra, a total of € 139.90. The reservation literally stated: A wellness stay for 2 at Hôtel-Restaurant Dimmer*** (Wallendorf-Pont - GH Luxembourg). Unfortunately, it turned out to be an overnight stay in a residence further away (at least 1 km), which had been renovated but was certainly not worth € 140 for an overnight stay. You also do not use the wellness (too far away). A disappointment after a long walk. Hygiene was also OK (it was a shock that the cleaning lady suddenly showed up in our room!), breakfast was fine and the breakfast staff was very friendly (also 1 km away). We will often go to Luxembourg for a walk, but never again in this hotel."

"The experience wasn't bad, but it wasn't excellent either. The hotel's address on the Trip app was incorrect, showing it about a 40-minute walk from the airport. However, the hotel is actually right in front of the airport, just a 10-minute walk away. This caused a lot of confusion and wasted our time. Furthermore, during check-in, the receptionist mixed up our reservation and assigned us someone else's room. As a result, the next day our key cards stopped working without us knowing why, which was quite inconvenient. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but these issues affected the experience. I hope they can correct the location information in the app and improve check-in management to prevent other guests from going through the same situation."
