The owners and their family are incredibly kind; it felt like coming home. There's a rooftop for drying clothes, a squat toilet, and excellent soundproofing – very safe! Absolutely the best place to stay for solo travelers on the Hulunbuir loop!"

The rooms are fully equipped, featuring a separate shower and toilet, and a complete set of toiletries. The bed is very comfortable, with a mattress of just the right firmness and fluffy, supportive pillows, making it easy to relax and relieve travel fatigue. The room is bright throughout, with excellent blackout curtains, ensuring a quiet and peaceful environment. I must especially commend the service. The staff are warm, polite, responsive, and attentive. Both public areas and guest rooms are impeccably clean, with even the corners spotless. The overall environment is tranquil and comfortable, and the facilities are well-maintained. I felt very safe and secure staying here during my business trip, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time."

I booked a standard room, but due to personal needs, I negotiated with the merchant and they upgraded me to a different room at the original price without charging any extra fees."

"Facilities: The room has a smart guest control system, and the toilet is also smart. The wet and dry areas are separated, which I was very satisfied with. Disposable toilet seat covers are provided, which is a nice touch. The pillows are comfortable. There's a sink right by the entrance, and the lights in the sink and toilet areas are motion-sensor lights, quiet and not disturbing at night. Cons: The toilet area lacks ventilation, so odor dissipation is slow. 😂 The hotel elevator requires a room card, which ensures security to some extent. I had acute gastroenteritis on the day of check-in and had to go to the hospital for an IV drip 😅. I didn't return until late at night, and no one was at the door, but a light was left on. Cleanliness: Satisfactory. The bedding is clean, and disposable toiletries and shaving supplies are provided, which is friendly to men. There are no disposable toiletries in the shower. Service: Warm and attentive, patient in answering questions. Environment: See photos; I really like the overall style of the room. The room window faces a building very close to the opposite building, and the curtains are single-layered without a sheer layer, making it feel a bit lacking in privacy during the day. The last picture is taken from the corridor window. The hallway lights were quite unique; I took a video. I found this hotel while driving through Ergun on my way to the grasslands. I booked it on a whim, and it was surprisingly good! The facilities were all quite new; it's only been open for about six months since 2025, although the rooms still had a slight odor. The service was excellent. Breakfast was on the first floor, and the selection was quite extensive, but unfortunately, I didn't get to eat much, haha. Overall, it was a very good experience."

"The location is great, easy to find just down the slope by the road, and there's a gas station nearby. Ergune itself isn't a big city, so getting downtown is super fast. The owner lives here, and the extra rooms are used for the B&B. Before we left, they even took my child to pick some homegrown tomatoes and cucumbers. These aren't mass-produced agricultural products; the homemade taste is truly different!"
