"I would not book a hotel through Trip.com. When I booked this trip, the system told me that the room I booked was no longer available. I booked a different room. However, the first room booking actually went through so I had 2 rooms booked. I tried to get a refund for the 2nd room, but was unsuccessful. I booked the 2nd room because of what the system told me. I am being penalized for their system's error. That is not fair and I would not recommend using Trip.com to book anything."

"Clean, comfortable bed. Nice dinette with microwave, toaster, coffee maker and refrigerator. Iron and ironing board. Tiny soap. No shampoo. No rinse. No lotion. No tissues. Thinner towels Possibly all "suites" and I use that term loosely are upstairs and no elevators. NO BREAKFAST. Coffee and vending machines in lobby. Ample parking."

"I booked two rooms. One was within my expectations for Days Inn. The other room had a non working toilet ... it wouldn't flush. There was water all over the floor. A call to the desk produced a promise to have someone "come look." There were no other rooms available, and I couldn't find one at another reasonably close hotel. No one came, even after two more calls and a visit to the front desk. The desk agent just apologized, and said no one was available. The next morning, I asked for a refund from the morning desk agent. I was told that he can't do that, but he would pass it along to his boss. This was unacceptable after applying even the most lenient standards. A full day later and I have yet to hear a whisper. NO ONE SHOULD BOOK A ROOM HERE."

"From the way Haley greets her guests it is obvious she loves her job. Energetic, helpful and genuinely happy to serve. The rooms are clean, the bedding thick, shower pressure excellent. I will definitely stay here again. Bonus- the hotel is not even 1 year old. Has smart TVs ( careful other properties do not - even though it is 2025). Excellent breakfast EXCEPT..... the silverware was loaded in the canisters upsidedown so guests couldn't grab them by the handle and had to touch the spoon/fork/knife on the end meant to only touch food or mouth( not sanitary). The yogurt from the dispenser is deeeeelicious! ( especially when topped with fresh fruit). Even numbered room face the front. The higher the room number the further away from the noise."
