"Checked in with Jeff very easy yet not very personable. Amenities extra $15/day even if you’re not using. Gym pool spa internet parking buffet breakfast. No disability parking in front door entrance only back (which was to far away from room) no help offered with luggage (only self service heavy push carts) Did not ask if I wanted help or if I was going to utilize these amenities. Room smelled of heavy use chemicals to clean room. (Could taste it). Ocean view claim with balcony was actually only seen if you walked and peered to the left. Bed not the most comfortable. Exit room door would slam at night very loud. Walk in tile shower floor slippery while showering and shower head had very low pressure."

"Overall, this is a very good resort hotel. I can't find any major problems. The service and cleanliness are very good. We checked in one hour earlier and had a free late check-out until 12:30. There is a public swimming pool and rest area outside, but the glass is mirrored during the day, so you can't see inside from the outside.
