"Great staff. My room was clean and nice. We come here every year for a family reunion and this is my go to spot. Reasonable prices and great location right off the freeway. Can’t beat it for everything it offers. Also staff if kind and generous!"

"So a severe thunderstorm forced me to stop here. It’s directly across from the loves truckstop. Gas was $3.49 which was the cheapest I had found in days. Anyway, it was raining so bad I didn’t want to go the turnaround route to a Holiday Inn so I pulled in and paid $65 for a queen single. I couldn’t find any remote, but it did look like a decent TV on the wall. The room was spacious, and it came with a microwave and a small ice box, but it was one of those firm beds with a bedspread that you wonder how often they wash it. I will say it was soft enough. It didn’t seem like it was dirty. The pillows were flat and firm so that was awful and of course the room was dated. But it appeared clean. I gave it a three because of the lack of a good air conditioner. This one kept making weird noises and going on and going off to the point I couldn’t take it and had to turn it off. And then I saw a small live bug (not a roach) in the bathtub and a dead cricket in the middle of the room. Somebody must’ve missed that or their extermination is quite good. This is a no pets hotel and although it took me a bit to understand, that’s what she was asking when I checked in, but it is one of those hotels that’s like a‘motel’. If you’re on a budget, not a horrible experience… an investment in new pillows would go a long way…."
