Very personalised hotel stay we had. The manager messaged before our stay to ask for arrival time and if we need any help in organising any tours. As we arrived way before check in time that was supposed to be at 2pm, the generous offer to let us check in at 1030am. Friendly staffs as well. We will sure stay at Hotel Executive whenever we are in Florence. Thank you.

The hotel room is very good, comfortable and spacious. There are murals on the roof of the restaurant, which should be the house of the rich people before. The hotel has a 24-hour lobby with people serving, and there is a very nice smile every day, and it feels very warm. Water, drinks and coke in the mini bar in the room can be drunk at will, quite generous. The fly in the ointment is the location. All the attractions are on the east side of the train station, and the hotel is on the west side of the train station. Although it is not very far, it is a bit difficult to have such a hot day. Of course you can take the bus, but after experiencing it, the bus is not feeling very good.

From the pluses - the number is large, near the station, beautiful luster, high ceilings. The downsides are no refrigerator, no safe, very tiny shower cabin with broken doors. Washing in the toilet is very inconvenient, pump type, requires numerous presses. Staff either doesn't speak English or speaks very badly. Respeshen works from 8.00 to 14.00. We arrived later, I had to call and by phone agree that we should have a code for the login, because the code specified in the booking was completely unsuitable. The administrator demanded a repayment of the room (we extended one night with online payment). The city tax for this number is strongly and unjustified. Breakfast is very scarce: coffee, chips and cheap snowflakes.

At first I thought it was a few minutes away from the train station. In fact, there was a certain distance. It is recommended that the train station come out and get off at two tram stops. This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, truly a 5-star apartment hotel. The location is about a 20-minute walk from the main attractions, but it's a pleasant stroll along the river. The hotel is very new, and the room facilities and decor are stylish and elegant. It not only has a small kitchen but also a balcony with a distant view. The hotel is situated in an upscale neighborhood, and the overall environment is very comfortable and refined. The front desk staff were warm and friendly. Our luggage was delayed by KLM for two days, and the front desk helped us receive it and deliver it to our room. They also helped us call a taxi when we checked out. I highly recommend this hotel. We had a wonderful 4 nights in Florence and would definitely stay here again if we have the chance.

The location is good near Florence Station, but the neighborhood is quiet, so there is a distance from the supermarket. The counter service is good and the breakfast in the restaurant upstairs is delicious. The room is spacious and comfortable, the top floor has a good view and you can overlook the Dome of the Baihua Cathedral. It is a good choice for accommodation in downtown Florence!

It deserves a perfect rating. A wonderful stop on the trip. The location is no more than 20 minutes' walk from Piazza della Signoria and the Uffizi. The design/facilities/services and breakfast all deserve five points. The waiters at the front desk and in the restaurant were very patient and enthusiastic. There is a very cute kitten in the small garden attached to the restaurant. The only thing to note is that you need to bring your own adapter plug.
