This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, truly a 5-star apartment hotel. The location is about a 20-minute walk from the main attractions, but it's a pleasant stroll along the river. The hotel is very new, and the room facilities and decor are stylish and elegant. It not only has a small kitchen but also a balcony with a distant view. The hotel is situated in an upscale neighborhood, and the overall environment is very comfortable and refined. The front desk staff were warm and friendly. Our luggage was delayed by KLM for two days, and the front desk helped us receive it and deliver it to our room. They also helped us call a taxi when we checked out. I highly recommend this hotel. We had a wonderful 4 nights in Florence and would definitely stay here again if we have the chance.

From the pluses - the number is large, near the station, beautiful luster, high ceilings. The downsides are no refrigerator, no safe, very tiny shower cabin with broken doors. Washing in the toilet is very inconvenient, pump type, requires numerous presses. Staff either doesn't speak English or speaks very badly. Respeshen works from 8.00 to 14.00. We arrived later, I had to call and by phone agree that we should have a code for the login, because the code specified in the booking was completely unsuitable. The administrator demanded a repayment of the room (we extended one night with online payment). The city tax for this number is strongly and unjustified. Breakfast is very scarce: coffee, chips and cheap snowflakes.

The location is good near Florence Station, but the neighborhood is quiet, so there is a distance from the supermarket. The counter service is good and the breakfast in the restaurant upstairs is delicious. The room is spacious and comfortable, the top floor has a good view and you can overlook the Dome of the Baihua Cathedral. It is a good choice for accommodation in downtown Florence!

Stay in family room. Spotless super clean newly renovated hptel. Spacious room conforrable bed. Staff from receptionist to bar staff are incredible. Very kind and helpful. Great hotel great people! For those who drive, carpark is vallet park and costs €30 per day as hotel is inside FTL zone.

Within walking distance from the train station so quite convenient. Got upgraded to a junior suite room with very spacious room and two beds (with one bed being sofa bed but still good). Very bright and tidy bathroom. Downside is the cleanliness is not to my expectation (some ashes on the staircase in the room and near the coffee machine) and the air-conditioner is too cold even though we have asked the receptionist to help switch off the air conditioner. Breakfast is a bit expensive (€28 pp from what I remember) so we didn’t get a chance to try but it seems that the breakfast is served in a very beautiful area.

Old Qianfeng Hotel, the decoration style and facilities of the room are relatively old-fashioned, but the maintenance is not bad, do not like the old-fashioned style do not book. The room is large in size and much larger than the average European room. There are very few types of breakfast in the hotel, but the desserts are very beautiful and delicious. It is too happy to eat different small bread cakes every day. It is worth complaining that the room actually provides instant coffee powder. Get rid of this but in Italy, will the heart not hurt?

At first I thought it was a few minutes away from the train station. In fact, there was a certain distance. It is recommended that the train station come out and get off at two tram stops. There are steps at the door, and you have to carry your luggage and walk a few steps to get to the lobby. The cleanliness and tidiness of the room were maintained throughout my stay, thanks to the diligent housekeeping staff. While the hotel does not have an on-site restaurant, it does offer a delicious breakfast buffet each morning. The breakfast spread was varied and catered to different tastes and dietary preferences. I particularly enjoyed the freshly baked pastries and the selection of local cheeses and cured meats. One minor drawback was the absence of a fitness center or spa facilities within the hotel. However, the staff was helpful in providing information about nearby fitness centers and wellness options, ensuring that guests have access to these amenities if desired. In summary, my stay at the Anglo American Hotel Florence was a delightful experience. The prime location, attentive staff, and comfortable accommodations contributed to a memorable visit to this beautiful city. While the absence of certain amenities was a minor drawback, it did not significantly impact my overall satisfaction with the hotel.
