"The hotel was good but also updated. Rooms were good clean and also nice fresh linen. Had a good and easy to adjust shower although the bathroom was pretty small as it included a toilet as well. Everything else was good. Breakfast was better than the previous hotels we stayed but can be better. Some breakfast items were not presented and there was no microwave so not possible the cook the oat porridge."

"After a very busy Holy Week we decided to visit Frederick and stay at this lovely B&B. Our hosts, Nancy and Ray, were subbing for the owners as they took a well-earned sabbatical, and they were delightful. Nancy is an excellent cook and prepared delicious breakfasts for us, while Ray served with gracious hands. They are a lovely couple. We stayed in the Queen Anne room simply because of the shower (high tubs are not our friends at this age). It was quiet and comfortable, which was perfect for a daytime nap or two. The house is sweetly decorated with a million dolls (haha!) and spaces to relax, read, or meditate. We felt quite at home. I think the owners will be pleased to know of the perfect hospitality given to us (and others) by Nancy and Ray, our acting hosts. Thank you!"
