"The hotel environment is very good, very suitable for family vacation"

"First the positives - the staff was very nice and the breakfast was okay. Now the rest of it. My room was not cleaned the entire time I was there. Apparently, even if you want your bed made, you must request it each day. It was written on one of the many pieces of paper they gave me and I missed it - my bad. Now, let's talk about the rooms. This was one of the worst rooms I've ever been in. I had booked a queen room and when I checked in, I was told I was upgraded to a king suite. They put me in a king handicapped room. It had a bathroom, a bed, 2 nightstands, a dresser and a chair. There was no table and there was no desk. I had to work while I was there and had no place to put my computer. Necessity is the mother of invention so I ended up putting my computer on the ironing board which I set-up next the only chair in the room. Speaking of work, the internet was down all of one of the days I was there. Additionally, at least one of the elevators wasn't working every day. I used the pool and it was very unpleasant. It looked like it hadn't been updated in decades and most of the tile trim was missing. The "beach towels" they provided were more like hand towels. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone - ever again. Stay away - far away."

"Great location, rooms were clean. It is not a hotel I could stay at more than 1 or 2 nights because there was no microwave. May not be important to others, but after drinking and gambling, I wanted to reheat my leftovers from dinner and I couldn't. My fault for not making sure of the room amenities. There were Fiji waters in th e refrigerator with a hamd written note that said please leave for next guests, which was weird, why not just wait until the room is being cleaned for the next guest to put the waters in? Check in at 4 and check out by 11 was also kind of weird, why not check in at 3 or check out by 12? Convenient, safe and fun date night with my wife overall"

"The hotel is a 5-minute drive from St. Louis Airport, and parking is convenient and free. Overall, it is very good. The restaurant on the first floor is very lively at night. I have stayed there several times."
