The hotel is incredibly beautiful, at breakfast buffet it has something for everyone, now the good breakfast buffet is missing. The location of the hotel is very good. A very beautiful, family-run hotel. We asked at Sabrina for a table ventilator, which was brought to us very quickly. With the service we are very satisfied. "After a diverted flight (due to fog at Innsbruck) we had to endure a 6 hour transfer time. We were tired, hungry and not particularly in the best frame of mind. We eventually arrived at Kosis around 10pm. Obviously the restaurant had closed it we were starving. Upon hearing this the OWNER of the hotel sat us in the Stuber lounge and went to see if the kitchen could help out. Within minutes were were inundated with an array of superb dishes including meats / vegetables / soup / carbs / as a lovely sweet too. What started as a negative experience (ie our long frustrating journey) was turned around by some of the best teamwork and hospitality I have EVER experienced. But that was not all - the accommodation was simply exquisite too. Along with the hotels superb facilities (spa/boot room/ bars and restaurant) we had the most wonderful stay. I would 100% recommend Kosis to anyone wishing to stay. Thanks to T and the white team. To coin the words of another famous Austrian “I’ll be back” !!"

"We just had an amazing 5 days in this wonderful hotel! What did we love: The food: delicious breakfast, lunch and five course dinner. We loved that we had the same table for every meal, really gives a home from home feel. The staff were extremely friendly. The shuttle to the ski area for skiing is brilliant and the spa facilities are excellent. My husband and 2 daughters went skiing each day and there are so many mountain options close by. I did one of the hotel’s organised winter walks and it was breathtaking. We are booking up for next year!"

"The Hotel was in a great location for access to the Spieljoch gondola only 100metres away. It had great facilities which included 2 x swimming pools (Adults, & Kids)Spa and wellness centre which were very modern and well looked after. The food was exceptional, we were on Half Board which also included afternoon Tea & snacks. The bar area was really comfortable and had a good vibe to it The staff were vey friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. There was a large ski and boot storage room. The hotel also picked us up and dropped us off at the Fugen Train Station in their own shuttle bus, another added bonus. To sum up a really pleasant experience and we would not hesitate to return."
