"We had a lovely stay in the landhaus adjacent to the main building. Everything was super clean, decent sized rooms, lots of storage space and lovely balconies. Our only complaint would be the pillows were awful, very flat and lumpy. Could do with bigger/newer/firmer ones. It was lovely having a jug & glasses provided to enjoy the tap water from Fügen, it was so nice! The breakfast was SUPERB, fabulous choices and excellent service of tea/coffee. The people who run the hotel are wonderful. Really nice bar/lounge area in the hotel in the evening. The sauna area was great, very much enjoyed that facility! The hotel is a great location too. We would 100% stay again."

"After an unplanned diversion due to ground conditions in Innsbruck we were 7 hours late arriving to the hotel. Dinner had finished, the restaurant was closing. We were both very hungry and tired. Our host Tommy opened up the kitchen especially for us and brought out an amazing selection of meats / vegetables and other delights. It could not have been a better start to a wonderful stay. The staff could not have been better. Everything from the quality of the room to the breakfast to the wellness is all top notch. Will definitely be returning."

"We just had an amazing 5 days in this wonderful hotel! What did we love: The food: delicious breakfast, lunch and five course dinner. We loved that we had the same table for every meal, really gives a home from home feel. The staff were extremely friendly. The shuttle to the ski area for skiing is brilliant and the spa facilities are excellent. My husband and 2 daughters went skiing each day and there are so many mountain options close by. I did one of the hotel’s organised winter walks and it was breathtaking. We are booking up for next year!"

"The Hotel was in a great location for access to the Spieljoch gondola only 100metres away. It had great facilities which included 2 x swimming pools (Adults, & Kids)Spa and wellness centre which were very modern and well looked after. The food was exceptional, we were on Half Board which also included afternoon Tea & snacks. The bar area was really comfortable and had a good vibe to it The staff were vey friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. There was a large ski and boot storage room. The hotel also picked us up and dropped us off at the Fugen Train Station in their own shuttle bus, another added bonus. To sum up a really pleasant experience and we would not hesitate to return."
