Hotel Indigo Gloucester - The Forum by IHG ★★★★
"Everything about the hotel is amazing but the WiFi and network needs working on. Best hotel, Best location, close to the city centres, close to the bus station, close to the train station"
GO2 Gloucester Hotel by OYO ★★★
"A reasonable place to stay on a budget. While the rooms need some TLC, most corridor doors had a note to say they were undergoing renovations, so some leeway should be given. The TV in the room barely able to show BBC and ITV was mildly annoying. And only one of the drawers on the chest of drawers had a handle which if I was staying for more than 1 night would have been a real pain. The staff were all friendly and helpful, not a stay at all."
Holiday Inn GLOUCESTER - CHELTENHAM by IHG ★★★★
"After an incident at Oxford University, we reached at the hotel quite late but the receptionist treated us professionally. Love the room and the hotel ambiance. if only we could stay at the hotel longer."
New County Hotel ★★★
"I can’t check in and the hotel receptionist said my name was on the bill... and my money hasn't been returned yet"
Holiday Inn Express GLOUCESTER - SOUTH by IHG ★★★
"Convenient transportation, free parking, a good place to rest"
Cbh Hatherley Manor Hotel ★★★★
"Great location. A very nice spa. The hotel room is unfortunately quite old, the shower was cold, the bed was uncomfortable and the walls are very thin making it hard to sleep."
The New Inn by Roomsbooked ★★★
"This time I booked a double twin room (room206) This room is really big, both the toilet space and the view outside are very good! Definitely recommended"
Gloucester Robinswood Hotel by Sunday ★★★★
"Facilities excellent, staff friendly and really helpful"
City Centre Guest House ★★★
"Nice room.."

Mercure Gloucester Bowden Hall Hotel
"The hotel service was excellent, but our room, though on the first floor, only had a small window facing the fire escape alley. There was no air conditioning, and the temperature difference between day and night was huge; otherwise, it would have been unbearably hot. However, the hotel was always packed with guests, which piqued my curiosity. The service was truly excellent. The only downside was that the description said the building was halfway up a mountain, and it really was in the middle of the mountain. Unfortunately, we couldn't see anything, which was a real shame. The photos I uploaded show the only view I saw. However, getting to each place took about 40 minutes to an hour by car, which, considering the heat..."
Premier Inn Gloucester (Quayside)
"The Manager of the Premier resteraunt is the most Greediest Selfish and uncaring employee who does not negotiate in emergency housing.. I missed breakfast on all 3 times because of my emergency housing reason making the business 32.70 and I asked Anisa politley for a bowl of chips and she didn't care. I wouldn't expect much joy coming to the Premier Inn Restraurant as another employee who was completley unaware that is Anisa's little puppet Beth didn't care either for the matter that I was emergency housed and just holding on to my money.. Thiefs, NO CCTV in the Restaurant and in the Hotel they turn off the air vents with a difficult challenge that the older demographic customer will have no chance of turning on."
Linden Tree
"Dropped in for something to eat this pub is on a busy main road for a pint out doors in a group you probably won’t be bothered with the road inside is a lovely place full of history food hit the mark good ales will be going back"
Edward Hotel
"The room was a bit thin, but there was a microwave and a kettle. I stayed for two nights. The next day, there were new towels and coffee at the door, so that they did not disturb the guests. The hotel is not too far from several attractions in the city center. The train station is also a minute walk. We went to Bath by train in the morning. 𨔼, the train ticket bought a more cost-effective return ticket open ⋯⋯ The only hotel is fine to provide face tissue ."
The Mooring Post
The Judges Lodgings Boutique Hotel
The Bell Inn
"My wife and I pre-pandemic used to go very regularly on Friday lunchtimes for their superb fresh fish always beautifully cooked and presented. Hoping this still to be the case we were looking forward to going again today. But alas that wasn’t to be. Both the fish options on the menu that previously would have been fresh and white, wer now grey and frozen. Tasteless unseasoned batter on the Haddock and a dirty sauce of Black Pudding ruining the Scollops. The only thing to commend the place which has now been taken over by a pub group was the server who was a lovely Italian guy obviously embarrassed by the food he is serving. It’s gone down hill to the extent that we shall never go there again. A beautiful pub/restaurant in a unique position on the green now very average and completely ruined in the name of ‘progress’. It’s not just me, look at the current reviews and compare them with those of yesteryear."
