GGuest UserI had trouble checking in and had to get help from the bar staff who were very helpful The bedrooms were a bit on the small side for 2 people, there was no air conditioning in the bedrooms and it was very hot weather. The breakfast menu was adequate. We did not have dinner at the hotel. The bottom step on the main stairway had no markings on the edge, and one of my party fell down that step on 2 occasions. Fortunately he was not injured, but the matter needs redressing. We pointed it out to one of the bar staff who said he would pass on the comment. The staff were very pleasant at all times.

GGuest UserFriendly and welcoming staff and in great location. However, very dated, shower mouldy, toilet didn’t flush properly and room in need of a good clean and referb. Was offered a use of a kitchen which was a good added bonus.

VVyshnavi AkshathaThe location was excellent & has parking at the facility which I'm pleased about. It is a self check-in so some guidance in terms of do's & dont's, along with what amenities/facilities are available or something to explain the check-out times & some sort of contact in terms of queries could help. My room was in basement (was not given any option nor knew it before I turned up at the hotel) & it was a bit smelly despite a good clean. Again, since I didn't know who/how I could reach out to about it, wouldn't say that was the best of the experiences.
