This owner is doing an illegal hotel rental business from this address. City police do not permit rentals from this building.
The address is very hard to find because they hide address on Trip.com due to the illegal activity. Once you arrive at the hotel, you need to call them, and they only speak Chinese (no front desk). Luckily, I found a Chinese-speaking person who helped me make the call.
NOT a safe place to stay, and I have already reported it to the city police. See attached notices in Chinese, which I have also translated into English.

Disadvantages: Self-employed, there are posters in the lobby and elevator warning that this B&B is illegally operated, there are serious inconsistencies between the pictures and text, the facilities are relatively old, and the interior furnishings are like a room priced at 100 yuan in an urban village.
Advantages: It's relatively clean, and the location is very good. It's less than 5 minutes away from the Zhujiang New Town subway station. It's really difficult to book a room at this price in this location. You can evaluate it yourself.

From the East Railway Station to Guangzhou, I thought it was convenient to get to Line 3 a few stops here, and it was close to the Guangzhou Tower and Chimelong. I also thought that there would be laundry facilities here after playing in the water park, so I chose this apartment. The result was quite disappointing. It was very dirty, with fake flowers, cabinet doors, and all kinds of dust on the bathroom lights. There was no washing machine in 1005, the TV could not be used, the shower room and toilet doors could not be closed, there were no racks for clothes inside, only a few rusty hooks, and the shampoo and shower gel were placed in the corner. I couldn't find it at first, and I had to ** place an order. The location is OK, and there are many places to eat downstairs. But overall I don't recommend it 😣
