The hotel is grand, with a very good environment and warm service. It is surrounded by the beautiful and elegant Guanshan Lake. The restaurant serves delicious food, including all kinds of delicacies from the mountains and the sea, as well as various domestic and foreign fine wines.

Room: Stayed on the 27th floor in one of the executive rooms and it definitely was not executive. Luxury was definitely lacking as most of the interior in the bathroom/shower bath area was old and in need of help. The closet was so dusty inside too. However the room itself was nice enough with a big enough bed and a good view of the city. Complimentary fruit was there on arrival but compared to other executive rooms in hotels it missed the personal touch. The executive lounge on the 30th floor was fine enough with cakes, salad and some hot dishes alongside fruit and beverages. Would be nice if they offered wine though. Staff: staff here are wonderful. Very attentive and cheerful. Cleaners, waiters, reception and everything in between- all lovely people. Breakfast. The breakfast buffet is the highlight. Absolutely delicious and such a wide variety of to choose. Western and Chinese dishes are available with plenty of fruit and bakery items too. Fantastic. Location: Easy enough to reach plenty of attractions and snack street is very close by. Overall a pleasant stay.

What a wonderful experience! Definitely the best hotel service and personalised. Upon arrival we were offered a hotel tour due to its unique design and also our room was upgraded😀 Yiliya, was most generous with her time and also offered us some cocktail vouchers and access to view the current photography exhibit on the top floor of the hotel. The room included mini bar and delightful evening dessert. Morning breakfast was also very appropriate. On departure we were also provided some snacks for the trip back and a souvenir Maison Alvar sheep toy. Thanks to everyone at the hotel for their hospitality definitely the best in china. Some special mention to Ada for helping us take some great photos too. Would love to visit again when in Guiyang.

This hotel is simply MUST STAY in Guiyang. Staff over there are all super friendly and helpful. Especially duty manager Luke Lu welcomed us with fruits, cake and lovely hand written card. Thank you so much. Room has spectacular view and you can look over all Guiyang from bird eye view. I stayed on 51st floor suite room which allows full access to executive lounge on 53rd floor from 2 to 10pm. Its location is in the heart of city, so Jiaxiulu甲秀楼，shoppings and restaurants ste in walking distance. Even airport is just 15 minutes drive. My wife and I really loved to stay here in Kempinski Guiyang and its name is now reliable one to make booking next times of trouble without any hesitation. 한국어가 능숙한 매니져 Jeff Wang도 있습니다. 가급적이면 스위트룸에서 최고의 뷰와 라운지와 서비스를 느껴보시길 추천드립니다.

Everything was great. The only issue was the room was hot. AC wasn't doing its job. Called front desk. They sent a tech to adjust AC and brought a portable fan. Was able to cool the room down to acceptable level but not as low as we liked. Great breakfast buffet. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants. Very friendly staff.

During the Mid-Autumn Festival, our whole family booked accommodation at Guizhou Hotel. The overall environment is beautiful, the room configuration is reasonable, the space is large enough, and all the service staff are very friendly. We are very satisfied and will choose to stay here again when we come to Guiyang in the future!

A satisfying stay. The room is beautifully decorated, the facilities are advanced, and the service attitude is excellent. It is very suitable for family travel. The facilities of this hotel are impressive, from the cleanliness of the room to the comfort of the bed, every detail is impeccable. The attitude of the service staff, especially Laurie and Frank, is warm and thoughtful, making me feel at home. The breakfast of the hotel is also excellent. It is really delicious.

I stayed at the New World Guiyang for my friends birthday, even though I live in Guiyang. I was not disappointed. When I arrived the staff was quite friendly and welcoming, best of all, there was someone there that spoke English, which I think is very important. The check-in process was seamless and easy to do. The staff explained everything well and the process went by smoothly. I got my room card and the concierge took my bag and showed me to my room. The room was clean and smelled fresh, the bed was well made and had a beautifully hand crafted welcome note that was a nice touch. I was also given flowers with a heartfelt note. I was so appreciative of this. The hotel had a gym, sauna, swimming pool and hot tub, which I took full advantage of. The spaces were clean, and I love when I walk into a space and its clean and welcoming. We had dinner in the Buffet Hall, there were a wide variety of foods that catered to all the guests alike. Breakfast the next day was also an experience to remember.\ Overall this hotel was a great stay for me, from the staff being so welcoming to the food being so delicious. The Renaissance Hotel looks brand new because it was renovated in 2022 and has been well maintained. There is no sense of dirt in all places. The executive rooms are clean and tidy, cleaned every day, and only the bath towels are changed every other day because they are environmentally friendly. The buffet restaurant in the morning is large, so there is no need to worry about the number of tables. There are many dishes and choices, but the Guizhou and Sichuan dishes account for a large proportion and are spicy, so there are fewer choices for foreign tourists. The executive floor has thoughtful service, and checking out in the executive lounge reduces a lot of trouble for guests. The lounge offers many dishes and drinks, and guests can eat and drink at their own convenience, which is suitable for leisure. The lounge service staff are considerate and diligent, quick-witted, and try their best to assist guests. Among them, Helen and YoYo left us a good impression. On the morning of August 26, I went to Qingyan Ancient Town. When I used Didi to call a car, I encountered obstacles. A young man from the hotel concierge desk (unfortunately I couldn’t get his name) came to help. He was not tired of repeatedly operating on the mobile phone and calling the local driver until the order was completed. The hotel is within walking distance of two subway stations. It doesn't cost much to take a taxi to Guiyang North Station. The location is quite advantageous. The air conditioning in the hotel rooms has never been up to standard. Even if it is set below 20 degrees, it rarely drops below 24 degrees. The maintenance technicians were called but could not really solve the problem. There is also a problem of stuffiness in the elevator.
