The room is not too wide, but the facilities are complete. I like the view outside the window. The location is convenient, and it is also convenient to go out for food. In August, the hotel is full of the fragrance of osmanthus. The service of Xiao Hou at the front desk is good and well received.

Room: Stayed on the 27th floor in one of the executive rooms and it definitely was not executive. Luxury was definitely lacking as most of the interior in the bathroom/shower bath area was old and in need of help. The closet was so dusty inside too. However the room itself was nice enough with a big enough bed and a good view of the city. Complimentary fruit was there on arrival but compared to other executive rooms in hotels it missed the personal touch. The executive lounge on the 30th floor was fine enough with cakes, salad and some hot dishes alongside fruit and beverages. Would be nice if they offered wine though. Staff: staff here are wonderful. Very attentive and cheerful. Cleaners, waiters, reception and everything in between- all lovely people. Breakfast. The breakfast buffet is the highlight. Absolutely delicious and such a wide variety of to choose. Western and Chinese dishes are available with plenty of fruit and bakery items too. Fantastic. Location: Easy enough to reach plenty of attractions and snack street is very close by. Overall a pleasant stay.

What a wonderful experience! Definitely the best hotel service and personalised. Upon arrival we were offered a hotel tour due to its unique design and also our room was upgraded😀 Yiliya, was most generous with her time and also offered us some cocktail vouchers and access to view the current photography exhibit on the top floor of the hotel. The room included mini bar and delightful evening dessert. Morning breakfast was also very appropriate. On departure we were also provided some snacks for the trip back and a souvenir Maison Alvar sheep toy. Thanks to everyone at the hotel for their hospitality definitely the best in china. Some special mention to Ada for helping us take some great photos too. Would love to visit again when in Guiyang.

As expected of a big chain brand, they contacted me in advance, asked about my room requirements and preferences, and specially arranged a butler service. The hotel has a beautiful environment, and the service staff are very polite. They will take the initiative to greet guests when they see them. I stayed in a deluxe poolside room, which is very large and has a very reasonable structure and layout. The cloakroom is also very spacious, which is convenient for guests to hang clothes, shoes and hats. There are two washbasins, so you don’t have to wait for each other in the morning, and you don’t waste time. The balcony has a wide view and a good view. I would like to especially thank the butler Apple for her enthusiastic introduction and arrangements before check-in, which is very considerate. All kinds of requirements and problems during the check-in process can be perfectly arranged and solved as long as they are raised. It made me feel comfortable and happy throughout the entire stay. Next time I go to Guiyang, I will still choose Anantara.

This hotel is simply MUST STAY in Guiyang. Staff over there are all super friendly and helpful. Especially duty manager Luke Lu welcomed us with fruits, cake and lovely hand written card. Thank you so much. Room has spectacular view and you can look over all Guiyang from bird eye view. I stayed on 51st floor suite room which allows full access to executive lounge on 53rd floor from 2 to 10pm. Its location is in the heart of city, so Jiaxiulu甲秀楼，shoppings and restaurants ste in walking distance. Even airport is just 15 minutes drive. My wife and I really loved to stay here in Kempinski Guiyang and its name is now reliable one to make booking next times of trouble without any hesitation. 한국어가 능숙한 매니져 Jeff Wang도 있습니다. 가급적이면 스위트룸에서 최고의 뷰와 라운지와 서비스를 느껴보시길 추천드립니다.

Everything was great. The only issue was the room was hot. AC wasn't doing its job. Called front desk. They sent a tech to adjust AC and brought a portable fan. Was able to cool the room down to acceptable level but not as low as we liked. Great breakfast buffet. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants. Very friendly staff.

First the part that I like - 1. Location is convenient: Subway station is right at the door, where you can arrive at major points of the city without many connections on the ground. 2. Food: One breakfast is included in my rate. Adding one costs only US$4. The variety of food is blowing me away. Without exaggeration you won’t repeat what you eat in a week if you pick only five items each day. Think about what’s provided in US hotel for $15. Only $4 here - unbelievable! 3. Staff are very courteous and helpful, from front desk to cleaning personnel, and room services. You’ll receive instant response to address your need whenever you raise it. 4. Facility: It was put in operation in 2022 so everything is new and maintained well. It had indoor swimming pool, gym, billiard room (even one for snook), and ping pong room. It is purposed to host large conferences/events. Now the part that I think they can do better - 1. Smoking: It’s not smoking prohibited hotel, which is pretty common in China, especially not the first tier cities. But they don’t assign some rooms to be non-smoking. Instead, all rooms are smoking permitted and it is allowed in most public areas too. Though this might be OK for domestic visitors, it can be an unflavored factor to people from abroad. 2. Laundry: It doesn’t provide self-served laundry. There is laundry service but it costs dearly going by items.

Environment: This hotel has a great location and convenient transportation; the interior design is elegant and the rooms are spacious and bright. Service: The service staff is enthusiastic, Willie and Laurie are professional and thoughtful, and they carefully meet the needs of every guest. Facilities: The facilities are complete and modern, and the overall stay experience is very comfortable and pleasant. It is highly recommended for travelers who pay attention to details and service.

I stayed at the New World Guiyang for my friends birthday, even though I live in Guiyang. I was not disappointed. When I arrived the staff was quite friendly and welcoming, best of all, there was someone there that spoke English, which I think is very important. The check-in process was seamless and easy to do. The staff explained everything well and the process went by smoothly. I got my room card and the concierge took my bag and showed me to my room. The room was clean and smelled fresh, the bed was well made and had a beautifully hand crafted welcome note that was a nice touch. I was also given flowers with a heartfelt note. I was so appreciative of this. The hotel had a gym, sauna, swimming pool and hot tub, which I took full advantage of. The spaces were clean, and I love when I walk into a space and its clean and welcoming. We had dinner in the Buffet Hall, there were a wide variety of foods that catered to all the guests alike. Breakfast the next day was also an experience to remember.\ Overall this hotel was a great stay for me, from the staff being so welcoming to the food being so delicious. We stayed at Renaissance Guiyang five night total, and we loved the facilities especially the swimming pool our kids had great time. Room service is amazing and breakfast had variety choices Chinese and western, it meets our tastes. It was a short walk to some local shops and restaurants, which included a metro station and it was very easy to get an e-car too. There was even a robot that delivered complimentary bottled water, which was nice. Just one down side, when we checked in at 6th of August, the receptionist seems not quite to know what she is doing, she had to call over colleagues to help with the check in process and refused to scan my marriot member card, which as a result I missed out on collecting three night's worth of reward points.
