Val-d'Oise Hotels with Gym

An excellent experience. Because of comments mentioning a supposed €200 deposit (refunded only after a month), I almost skipped this hotel and booked another place instead. In the end, I’m very glad I chose to stay here. There was no deposit required at all—the paid reservation was sufficient. I received a nice, spacious room with full apartment-style facilities. The design is pleasant, and unlike some slightly cheaper options, the staff treated me with kindness, professionalism, and respect. Highly recommended

Overall Experience: This hotel is a practical and strategic choice if you are driving from nearby countries (like Belgium) or planning a trip to Disneyland Paris. It offers a good balance of accessibility and comfort for a family of four. Location & Transportation 📍🚌 Public Transport: Extremely convenient! There is a Bus Stop (No. 43) right in front of the hotel. You can take it to the nearby station and catch a train into Paris city center, which takes about 40-50 minutes. Driving to Disneyland: A major plus for families! It only took us about 40 minutes to drive to Disneyland Paris from the hotel. Parking: For those driving in (we drove from Brussels), there is on-site parking available for approximately €16-€18 per day. Room & Amenities 🛌 Family Room: We stayed in a room for four, which included a sofa bed as extra sleeping space. The room was functional and fit our family well. Amenities: Typical for European standards, the hotel provides the basics: soap and shampoo. If you need extra items like toothbrushes or slippers, make sure to bring your own! Dining & Service 🥐☕ Breakfast: We opted for the breakfast included. It was a standard spread—neither too fancy nor disappointing, just a solid ”okay” to start the day. Service: The staff provided great service following European standards. They were friendly, smiling, and very helpful with all our questions. Who is this hotel for? ✅ Ideal for travelers who have a car and want to avoid the high prices and traffic of central Paris, or families planning a ”split trip” between the city sights and Disneyland. #ParisHotel #EuropeRoadTrip #DisneylandParis #FamilyTravel #TravelReview #France

Compared to other airport hotels, this one is a bit further out. You have to drag your luggage quite a distance outdoors after getting off the Airport Express. The hotel itself is just okay; the rooms feel a bit dated. There's nothing else particularly noteworthy. If the price is right, it's an option.

Excellent hotel, especially for the money. Large, comfortable rooms with everything you need, quiet too. Good bar and restaurant, I had the smash burger, it was tasty and well cooked. The best thing is the staff - all friendly and professional. The stand out staffer though is Munson at reception, first class in everything he does. I'll be recommending friends and colleagues to stay here whenever they're close to the airport - a hotel Novatel should be proud of.

There was a feeling of cleanliness and the staff was nice to stay gently. Also, I enjoyed the breakfast deliciously. There was no subway and the transportation was a little bad, but it was a good accommodation experience.

A great experience overall. The hotel exceeded our expectations in comfort and service. The food at the hotel restaurants was excellent—especially the fish and chips, which my son absolutely loved. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel truly welcome. A special mention to Sandeep at the reception—she was exceptionally warm, cheerful, and always welcoming. She made our stay feel even more pleasant and went out of her way to support and help us whenever needed. Special thanks to her for the wonderful hospitality. We would happily stay here again.

The hotel is very good. It's so close to airport and with the free shuttle bus I was able to travel in and out to the city with no problem. My stay at the hotel was for 5 nights. The only problem I had was when I booked it definitely showed that I had breakfast free but when I got there it wasn't. Bar was nice and barman was very helpful in telling me wat train i needed to get to take me to where I had to go.All round I had enjoyable 5 days.

Very disappointing stay Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very poor. The management needs serious improvement, and the reception staff were not welcoming at all. The first room I was given had a door that would not lock. After reporting this, I was moved to another room. However, the second room also had issues. The portable heater was broken and not working properly. I informed the receptionist, and someone came up to look at it. I was told it was fixed, but it wasn’t—the room remained cold throughout the night. On top of that, I wanted to take a warm bath to get comfortable, but the bathtub tap was not working either. Overall, the lack of proper maintenance and poor customer service made this stay very uncomfortable. I do not see myself returning to this hotel. They really need to do better.

Super stay pleasant time staff is very cool very clean room

Normal standard hotel, Breakfast was not good, service is ok, suitable for short business stays
