An excellent experience. Because of comments mentioning a supposed €200 deposit (refunded only after a month), I almost skipped this hotel and booked another place instead. In the end, I’m very glad I chose to stay here. There was no deposit required at all—the paid reservation was sufficient. I received a nice, spacious room with full apartment-style facilities. The design is pleasant, and unlike some slightly cheaper options, the staff treated me with kindness, professionalism, and respect. Highly recommended

The hotel is pleasant and spacious, located just a few minutes' walk from the CDGVAL if you choose to park your car in the airport car parks. The family loft rooms are large with a view of the airport. However, I advise against the restaurant: the prices are those of a proper restaurant, but the dishes are nothing like restaurant quality. For example, the pinsa costs €24, yet it strongly resembles the pre-cooked pinsa dough from Grand Frais. The entrecôte was tiny, served on a dessert plate with a baked potato cut in half… in short, save your money.

Overall Experience: This hotel is a practical and strategic choice if you are driving from nearby countries (like Belgium) or planning a trip to Disneyland Paris. It offers a good balance of accessibility and comfort for a family of four. Location & Transportation 📍🚌 Public Transport: Extremely convenient! There is a Bus Stop (No. 43) right in front of the hotel. You can take it to the nearby station and catch a train into Paris city center, which takes about 40-50 minutes. Driving to Disneyland: A major plus for families! It only took us about 40 minutes to drive to Disneyland Paris from the hotel. Parking: For those driving in (we drove from Brussels), there is on-site parking available for approximately €16-€18 per day. Room & Amenities 🛌 Family Room: We stayed in a room for four, which included a sofa bed as extra sleeping space. The room was functional and fit our family well. Amenities: Typical for European standards, the hotel provides the basics: soap and shampoo. If you need extra items like toothbrushes or slippers, make sure to bring your own! Dining & Service 🥐☕ Breakfast: We opted for the breakfast included. It was a standard spread—neither too fancy nor disappointing, just a solid ”okay” to start the day. Service: The staff provided great service following European standards. They were friendly, smiling, and very helpful with all our questions. We booked the hotel for one night only because we missed our flight that day. This hotel is not easily accessible from CDG unless you have a car. There is no direct bus that you can take from the airport, which can be a hassle if you have multiple luggages. We took Uber from the airport and we paid 13 euros ( which is affordable ). They provide a shuttle from the hotel to the airport every 30 mins. and it is 5 euros per person. The room was decent. It was clean and they have a very comfortable bed. It might be too soft for others but I liked it. One of the hand soap was missing a dispenser but no big deal, I just used the soap from the other sink.

The room was large, clean, and relatively new. It definitely had a Hilton feel, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable, making sleeping stress-free. The breakfast was also very generous, with a variety of breads and coffees. The free airport drop-off was also a real bonus for those catching a flight.

This wasn't my first time booking this hotel, but this time it was a horrible experience. When we arrived, the person at the front desk informed us that there would be a power outage at 11 PM for an unlimited duration! No explanation was given, and there was no commercial gesture (like a complimentary breakfast or anything similar). The power outage did indeed happen, and to make matters worse, the fire alarm went off at 2 AM for 10 minutes! As we were leaving, we asked them to at least offer us complimentary parking. The response from the front desk was, 'You need to pay for parking at the machine!' Luckily for us, the machine was out of order due to the power outage, so they had no choice but to offer it to us for free. Very disappointed with the team's behavior. I'll hesitate to book this hotel again next time.

There was a feeling of cleanliness and the staff was nice to stay gently. Also, I enjoyed the breakfast deliciously. There was no subway and the transportation was a little bad, but it was a good accommodation experience.

A great experience overall. The hotel exceeded our expectations in comfort and service. The food at the hotel restaurants was excellent—especially the fish and chips, which my son absolutely loved. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel truly welcome. A special mention to Sandeep at the reception—she was exceptionally warm, cheerful, and always welcoming. She made our stay feel even more pleasant and went out of her way to support and help us whenever needed. Special thanks to her for the wonderful hospitality. We would happily stay here again.

The room was quite spacious, and the toilet and shower were in separate, individual compartments, which felt perfect for situations like having an early morning flight or arriving late and being too tired to do much. It's a good place for a quick stopover. Downstairs, there are some drinks, snacks, and vegetarian options for sale, plus a microwave, so overall, it's quite convenient.
