LLocal Guide1Our stay at Radisson Blu Ankara was a mixed experience. Honestly, I had a bit of trouble understanding why it's a 5-star hotel. In Turkey, you sometimes question whether just having alcohol service is enough to qualify for 5 stars. Despite being cleaned daily, the rooms were quite dry and dusty. Whenever we first entered the room, there was always dust on the glass tables, which negatively impacted our initial impression. We had to change rooms at 2 AM because they had heated our room so much, and there was no cooling available in winter, so our baby and we couldn't sleep due to the heat. Despite all this, the staff were genuinely wonderful. They were all very helpful and attentive, which allowed us to tolerate what could have been a much worse experience. I'd easily give the staff 5 stars, but in my opinion, the hotel's overall condition is at most a 3-star level.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel was conveniently located near Armada AVM. It had basic amenities and is an average hotel. There was no smart tv in the room we booked and most of the leisure services were paid, despite not clearly being listed on this app. Room was comfortable but AC wasn't operating so it was quite hot. There are events right outside the hotel which consists of loud music throughout the night. Breakfast buffet was absolutely delightful and had plenty of great options. Overall, an average experience that was comfortable enough for us and had good breakfast which made it worthwhile.

GGuest UserThe hotel has a very pleasant and comfortable environment, which made my stay relaxing from the beginning. I would especially like to thank Ferhat, Omer, and the rest of the hotel staff for their incredible help and kindness. When I first arrived at the hotel, I unfortunately realized that I had left my phone in a taxi. The staff immediately took action — they helped check the security cameras, contacted the taxi company, and eventually managed to get in touch with the driver. Throughout the whole process, they were extremely patient, warm-hearted, and supportive. I was truly touched by their professionalism and genuine care. This experience made my stay much more reassuring, and I am deeply grateful for their help.

KKhurram DurraniThe stay at hotel was the worst one for me. The staff, location and other things were all good. But at evening I told them that the room is very hot and I have had headache and now due to excess hot room my blood pressure is also shooting up. But, instead they told me to open the window. Later i told him that the outside road is main road and very noisy and we couldn't rest or sleep. They neither open the AC because they said that they were still in winter mode and they couldn't open the AC or change the room and/or provide a small floor or table portable fan to that we could sleep comfortably. They didn't do anything and we spend a most miserable night without and rest and sleep. And their breakfast was also pretty basic. Nothing extra ordinary or special. Just very basic. Seriously, please do not recommend this hotel at least in April-May and in months when weather is changing whereas they only update thermostat after severe change in weather outside. thanks regards Khurram

GGuest UserFirst of all, there is no private parking garage. Parking is on the street in front and across from the hotel. Breakfast was very basic and they were short staffed. Room was good size, comfortable bed. Missing the sofa/chair. Missing iron and the ironing board. I had to request them which they brought to me but the iron was half broken. There were 2 small bottles of shampoo، 2 small bottles of conditioner and 2 small bottles of body wash and one very small bar of soap. There was a hair dryer, teapot, slippers and 2 free water bottles. The room was a non smoking room, but in the middle of the night I could smell heavy cigarette smoke.

GGuest UserOlder hotel, good location, there are many restaurants nearby, half an hour walk from the shopping center. The room is big enough, the bed is big enough, the service is good. Basic configuration is available, the bathtub is good. But the wardrobe, table are old, the equipment is old. The hair dryer in our room stopped for about ten seconds and could not be used. This is not good. The safe is small and old. Breakfast feels so-so, not too many varieties.
