"The young man at the front desk had an exceptionally good attitude. The night before, I stayed at an all-season hotel, and there were three air conditioning units right outside my wall, so I couldn't sleep a wink. I specifically requested a quiet room here. The young man at the front desk even accompanied us to the 10th floor and waited until we confirmed the room before leaving. The lady who brought us towels midway through our stay was also smiling the entire time and even brought welcome fruit. The breakfast, as always, was plentiful – I guess that's a hallmark of Hampton by Hilton."

"Overall, I was satisfied with the room facilities. However, the carpet in the room and hallway left my shoes covered in lint, which was a bit unpleasant! My only complaint was that I checked in quite late, and there were no staff members at the hotel entrance to guide me. I didn't know how to get to the underground parking garage. I called the front desk, and they told me that the concierge had gone off duty, which was quite frustrating. I eventually found my way to the underground garage, parked the car, packed my things, and took my child to the front desk on the first floor to check in. Again, there was no one to guide me. When I arrived at the front desk, there were about a dozen people smoking in a group! I thought they were some kind of gangsters!"

"Originally, the staff were very nice, so I forgot about it. I stayed in Hami for one night. I saw that Atour had opened a new hotel. I thought the environment would be better and it would be more comfortable to take care of my baby, so I changed places. Unexpectedly, I changed the hotel. There was no air conditioning, and the room faced the west. It was very hot in the afternoon, and the children and adults were all sweating from the heat. The staff also offered to upgrade to a room, but it still faced the west, so we refused. We thought we could bear with it, but the children were very hot later. My cheeks were red. The hotel staff said they would buy a fan after work. I took my baby out to escape the heat. In the evening, the staff said the fan was ready and we went back. However, the room was still stuffy and the fan was pointed towards the father of the child. The child blew it. When he woke up the next day, his throat was hoarse and he coughed with phlegm. He started to have a fever at noon yesterday. I took care of him all night and he hasn't slept yet. In addition, he woke up sweating after sleeping for a while in Yaduore the night before. , I didn’t dare to draw the curtains with the windows open, and it didn’t start to cool down until three or four in the morning. The adults didn’t have a good rest for two days, but they were fine. Now the children are sick, and it is the children who suffer. Atour is known for its comfort, and it doesn’t even have air conditioning control. I also blame myself for insisting on changing hotels. After checking in, I was too embarrassed to check out of the hotel. We have been driving all the way to China for almost two months, and we have even passed 219 safely. This is the first time that my son has fallen ill."
