"After returning from Xinjiang, I passed through Hami and stayed at the Hampton Inn by Hilton. Who knew that the hotel's quilt cover had not been changed. When I woke up in the morning, I found blood stains on the quilt cover. The hotel informed me that after testing, I would give a satisfactory answer. 8 days later, the hotel's manager Liu will be on vacation for a while. After a while, I asked my superior for instructions and tried my best to deal with it, but the problem was not solved. The service was extremely poor."

The room was large and quiet for our needs. The shower had plenty of hot water and a good pressure. The location was close enough for excellent food delivery service. The breakfast had a great variety and tasted delicious. The location is very convenient for getting around. Overall, my stay was fantastic. I will definitely choose Orange Hotel again the next time I visit Hami. Looking forward to seeing you again!"

"The picture shows room 320, a business room, haha! Can they really sell rooms like this? Is it reliable? Hmm, no. I went to the front desk, and they told me it was caused by a leak. Great, they explained it to me. Wait a minute, I think I can see that too, but is that important? Not at all for me; changing rooms is what's really important. Around 11:40 PM, I noticed a loud, low-frequency noise outside the window, really keeping me awake. I went back to the front desk, and they told me it was coming from the restaurant next door. Ahhh, so the hotel knows there's a problem, but they just won't tell you. What's the point of complaining? They just ignore you. Take it or leave it!"

Nur at the front desk deserves high praise for her attentive service; she proactively introduced the facilities during check-in. The room boasts excellent views and natural light thanks to its floor-to-ceiling windows. The laundry room has two LG washer-dryers, and the staff even explained how to operate them. Breakfast includes delicious wontons, perfect for those on a diet. The gym has treadmills and yoga mats to meet basic exercise needs. The attention to detail exceeded my expectations!"

The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, checked me in very quickly, and even proactively upgraded my room. Breakfast was also fantastic; I especially loved the apricots and watermelon, they were so sweet. The hotel restaurant is open to the public, which is convenient for dining. The food was delicious, and the prices were fair. This will definitely be my first choice next time I'm in Hami."

"The only hotel in the Dahaidao Scenic Area is located inside the Hongliutan Service Center. It has a restaurant and a windproof garage for overnight parking. The Dahaidao Gobi Crossing officially begins here, after turning off the paved road. The hotel rooms are clean, though the tap water is a bit yellowish, given the limited availability in the Gobi Desert. A shower should be sufficient, so bring some clean water for rinsing your mouth."
