公寓式的酒店，房間密碼鎖，整體感覺很好！平時價位也很親民，但哈馬這兩天，房價都漲了不少。為跑哈爾濱馬拉松預訂的，位置在羣力一大道，連續住了2晚，第二天正常12點退房，結果將近13點才回去，老闆免費延時。推薦入住，平時的話性價比很高。為哈馬點贊！為爾濱點贊！為家鄉黑龍江點贊！

房間應該是沒更換新的床單被套，也沒有打掃，只是簡單的擺放了一下，廁所地上到處都是像果凍一樣的透明懸液，桌子上的煙灰缸裏面還有一坨淺綠色懸液，有點像痰，睡覺前掀開被子 裏面到處都是污點，窗簾下面還有一雙上一個客人留下的臭襪子，真是噁心死我了

公寓式酒店，設施用品寢具都很新，特別是床，非常舒服，老闆人很熱情，有什麼問題都非常熱情的解答。旁邊三百米就是銀泰城，吃喝購物都很方便，連住了兩晚，以後出門路過哈市打算在這家定點了。

老破了，地下全是水漬，牙刷上一個客户的牙刷都不收拾，床單也臟 ，最可氣隔音一點都不好，早上房嫂也大喊，隔音超級差 ，真的，第一次給酒店差評，一言難盡，衞生收拾一點不到位
