"The problem was the price we paid on trip.com was $60 dollars American more, then walking into the hotel and paying at the front desk I went to trip.com to get a savings And instead I paid $60 American dollars more than arriving at the hotel and paying at the front desk, without a reservation. It completely defeats the purpose of utilizing trip.com to save money on a motel. Better to go to the hotel site and see what they have to offer. I sent a message to trip.com and I never got a message back. I was hoping for some sort of compensation. Sincerely J.R"
