"This hotel was $10 cheaper than the Holiday Inn. When I checked in at 5:00 PM, I discovered that both lightbulbs in the room were burnt out. The front desk staff informed me that no one was available to replace them that day, so I would have to wait until tomorrow. The duvet also had a damp, musty smell. Overall, it was a poor experience."
