"The male staff at the info desk were quite intimidating and unfriendly when they asked for our names. We also had to pour our own welcome drinks. I had booked through Trip.com, and it clearly stated late check-out was available. When I asked about it, they said it was only possible if there were no other guests. After several phone calls, they finally allowed us to check out at 1 PM. While they did give us a room with a good view, I was disappointed by their unfriendly attitude and felt like I was walking on eggshells even though I was paying for the service. The view and the pool were great, and the restaurant food was delicious, with a decent breakfast. It would be perfect if the staff could improve."

"We stayed 2 nights here, as part of trip a deal package. It’s very basic but comfortable enough Although the linen wasn’t overly clean. Bed was comfortable, pillows were average Bathroom - shower had great hot water Clean enough Staff were really helpful and friendly Wifi was a little slow. Restaurant and food was good Location was ok, not a lot of tourist things around it within walking distance I would recommend for short budget stay. Views from high floor rooms are great to see the city of Nepal Nepal is an amazing city worth visiting and I can not wait to go back and explore more! "
